The product I purchased turned out to be faulty. I did waste time trying to get the device working. When going back to the store the staff were very helpful and apologetic in resolving the issue, offering replacement or refund. Overall a positive experience.

They say the impression is the last one.
First time I shopped at Richer Sounds, although my son has been for a quite few times.
The time I walked in I was very impressed the way everything was displayed. My son and I were greeted by Mr Terry with a smile and courtesy
We found Terry very helpful, caring and understood what we were looking for. His recommendation was very honest and thorough. He didn’t hesitate for a minute when we asked to sample sound bars performance. He made us comfortable and displayed live performance of the sound bar effects.
What really touched us that no time we felt he seemed to be in a rush and left us with total satisfaction.

Excellent advice on the phone and dealt with so professionally at the shop, even the young lad on work experience created a good impression. I continue to recommend you to friends and family since our first purchase some 3 years ago

Had a slight problem paying for my purchase online, but this was easily rectified over the phone. Collected our new TV 2 days later from our local Richer Sounds.

I purchased an 'open box' item which I couldn't get to work. The staff at the Weybridge branch were very helpful in checking the device and then ordering a new replacement for me which arrived promptly the next day.

Brilliant customer service from Terry and the team! I wanted advice about buying a new turntable, amp, CD player and speakers for my husband's 60th birthday. Terry talked me through the different options and arranged a demo. of the items I was interested in. When I turned up the next day with my son for the demo. everything was already set up. We were given plenty of time to listen and ask questions. We also tried other speakers and never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. We also needed the new system quickly and Terry was great at ensuring we got all the items in time by calling another branch to get us the speakers we wanted. He also offered tips about how to set up and offered to help over the phone if we ran into problems - which we didn't. Husband loved his surprise. Thank you Terry and the team at Richer Sounds, Weybridge!
