Great service from RS Weybridge
I called the Telesales number and was put through to Terry at the Weybridge store. I explained what I was looking for and he was incredibly friendly and helpful and managed to organise exactly what I wanted and the items were delivered promptly to my local store for collection

Helpful conversations with Terry and Jason over the phone before and after purchasing TV. I used Richer sounds 8 years ago for my previous TV. Price matched without a problem. Delivery to recylce old TV went smoothly. Will continue to use Richer sounds for audio visuals.

Bought a Toshiba TV from the Weybridge store
Bought a Toshiba TV from the Weybridge branch, primarily to be the centre of a system that linked, via optical cable, to my hi-fi. Could not get a signal from the TV after connecting the cable. After taking the TV back to the shop, where it was tested, it was found that the audio out had to be manually reconfigured. As there is no instruction manual provided by Toshiba the staff discovered and applied the solution. Now, all works perfectly. All the staff were patient, knowledgeable and really helpful. Thank you Weybridge team!

Fabulous service
Very helpful member of staff who took on board our requirements with regards to the TV and helped us make our choice. Delivery on time and as stated - very happy with the whole experience and will definitely shop at Richer Sounds Weybridge again.
