All went well with the sale which was remarkably stress free. Sue Day was highly efficient and professional and the rest of the staff were nice too.

Francis and Phillip at RiverHomes were fantastic. Our sale turned into a saga, with quite a few twists, not always pleasant. Not only were they unstinting in their efforts to sell our house, their support and optimism when the going got a little tough was very much appreciated.

Incredibly personal and professional approach in all dealings which enabled a wonderful smooth transition from a life on land to a water borne paradise. Fantastic experience selling through River Homes. Initially tried selling through a larger agent, however once I switched to River Homes I saw that the personal support and care they offered and the quality of the potential buyers they showed round was significantly higher. Phillip in particular went above and beyond to firstly secure the sale and then make it a great experience for both us as sellers and the buyers. Would highly recommend selling with these guys if you have a house near the river!

If you are a tenant then Riverhomes is not suitable for you, i have rented through them a flat for 1 year then renewed for an additional year, they have failed in all matters that concern transparency and fairness when a issue arises between the landlords and tenants although the landlord didn’t sign them to manage the property and was dealing with other agencies but they wanted to win his business even if it was by being plain stupid.
I recommend to compare their agreements and services with other agencies before getting any thing through them.
Riverhomes is Simply unprofessional.

Helpful staff and agency. Annabel and Ines were readily available to help any problems with had with the property. Easy to work with and efficient. Couldn’t say anything bad about the agency.

Caroline has been amazing. She always kept me updated during the whole procedure. Even after the exchange of contract, she went out of her way to sort out every single problem I faced . Cant praise her enough.

I have a flat to rent on my unit and have been using Riverhomes as my agent for a few years now and they have had to deal with a few tenant changes. I appreciate the fact that they have gone beyond doing the necessaries - they have been proactive, knowledgeable, have had a good sense of what is possible at any given time and have, I believe, given me good advice. I need someone to take care of pretty much everything at a hand over, which Riverhomes have done, cheerfully and promptly. While they are not cheap they are good value as far as I am concerned.
