That issue with adding a stop on the way home sounds frustrating—we're sorry you experienced that! If your route out is similar to your route back, our planner could get confused about where to place that stop, but you always have full control to rearrange as needed. Our support team is happy to troubleshoot and help you with that should you ever need it! See you on down the road!

Information like traffic, weather conditions, safe detours, and nearby medical or law enforcement services is incredibly valuable, and we hear you loud and clear that it’s something you'd like to see integrated directly into the app.

Your suggestions are being shared with our product team, and they’re exactly the kind of insights that help us shape future improvements. In the meantime, we’re sorry you had to turn to other tools to fill those gaps, and we truly hope we can evolve Roadtrippers to be a more complete and trusted resource for planners like you.

Hi there — thanks so much for your honest feedback, and we’re really glad to hear Roadtrippers is still coming in handy (even if just a little better than nothing right now 😄). That said, it sounds like you’re looking for some features that we do actually support, and we’d love the chance to help you get the most out of your Premium membership!

You can absolutely widen the search radius along your route! As for sending your trip to your iPhone, we’d be happy to walk you through the steps for viewing and navigating your trip from our iOS app, so you don’t have to manually re-enter everything into Apple Maps.

We’d really love to help you feel confident using these features before you decide whether or not to renew. Feel free to drop us a line at support@roadtrippers.com and we’ll be more than happy to walk you through it!

Hi there - we're really sorry to hear about your experience, and especially about your wife's health. That sounds like a truly difficult time, and we understand how frustrating this situation must have been on top of everything else.

We want to clarify that we don’t currently offer phone support, which is why you may not have reached someone who could assist directly. We handle all account and billing questions through email so we can securely access account info and provide proper support. If you haven’t already, please reach out to us at support@roadtrippers.com — we’d really appreciate the chance to review your account details and see what we can do to make this right.

We never want our members to feel unheard, and we definitely don’t intend for our billing process to feel unfair or unclear. Our goal is always to support your travels - not add stress to them. We hope to hear from you soon.

We’re really sorry the routing didn’t meet your big rig’s needs though. Our goal is to help everyone have smooth, stress-free trips, and we know how crucial it is for larger vehicles to avoid those tight spots!

Thanks for the thoughtful review! We love that you’re using Roadtrippers as a travel diary, what an awesome way to keep track of your adventures! That said, scrolling through your long trip every time you open the app sounds very frustrating. We totally get how that could take away from the experience, especially on such an epic journey. Yours is exactly the kind of feedback we need to improve.

We really appreciate your feedback and totally understand how frustrating that routing experience must have been. Navigating a big rig through the Las Vegas Strip? Definitely not the ideal RV route for many folks!
