Ok…so after reading a lot of reviews and seeing signs in the windows of many residence on the development saying “Robertson’s fix our Homes” we were put off buying. We looked all around the North East and nothing ticked as many boxes as the Robertson’s Homes on Wynyard. We actually went to pay a deposit to both Story Homes and Bellway but neither had the wow factor or actually asked for the business. So, 9 months down the line we called back into the Robertson’s Homes sales office and spoke to Dawn. To my surprise, she remembered us, even down to the fine detail of our jobs and how many children we had. That was it, customer service at its finest, and a house that ticked 95% of the boxes!

Within 5 weeks to the day, Dawn had helped, find a mortgage, part ex our house and we moved in.

If it wasn’t for Dawn’s professionalism, determination and product knowledge, we would not be in here now. She is a true ambassador to the business who believes in the product she is selling.

As for the snagging list, it was next to none. The little things I’ve had, they have jumped on to sort out. Yes, there are small snags like the odd bit of paint work that could be better etc but we’re all human and don’t get it right 100% of the time. Nothing that can’t be put right with a touch up pot.

So far, everyone at Robertson’s could not have been more helpful, even down to the folk lift driver.

Both site managers Mike and Dave have been excellent in getting things sorted. I honesty could not ask for more. They even took all our cardboard and rubbish away after unpacking boxes.

Our experience so far has been second to none. So happy we ignored the noise and took the plunge.

Great team who are always there to help and support you. Minor hiccups sorted immediately and professionally. Stunning properties with an excellent build quality.

William at the Hamilton Heights site is extremely professional and honestly deals with all your queries soo quickly and just gets it sorted. He is an asset to the team and should be made as the site manager as we never see the site manager around! What a pleasure to deal with William.

We bought our first property in Scotland, after moving from England, through Robertson homes and what a great experience it has been. Three things stand out: location, build quality and customer service. The initial purchase process though Diane at the Thorn View site was detailed and clear. Diane had excellent attention to detail and communication skills. After handover, all snagging issues were rectified in a timely manner and with care. We had also agreed a minor alteration to the garden which was slightly off the plan we were initially shown and Robertson homes were prompt at dealing with this. Stewart (site manager) has been exceptional and is my favourite person to invite over for a cup of tea and chat about things. Overall we knew we were spending a lot of money purchasing the property in a prime location but we feel Robertson homes has made it all worth it. I would recommend them highly.

The whole process from our initial consultation with Diane in the show home to the final sign off with Stewart the site manager has been very smooth. We have not had any major snags with our new build and all the snags highlighted were dealt with in a timely manner. We are very happy with the interior finish of our new home and very pleased that that whole estate including the landscaping and external paving look great.

Everything is as explained clearly to us throughout the process of buying a new home and we were given plenty of written information too.

Highly recommend Robertson builders based on our experience in Glasgow.

We moved into our beautiful new home at Lionfields Lambton Park 6 weeks ago and I can’t fault the exceptional service we’ve had. It has been first class from everyone along the process, particularly Lloyd, Maxine & Steve. The extra mile they have taken has made the process memorable.
Our moving in day we received a comprehensive walk through by Lloyd the site manager & Maxine, the sales executive. The welcoming gifts were a lovely touch too. The standard of build is exceptional, stylish and immaculate, any minor snags we’ve had has received immediate attention and specialist sent to the house to resolve the problem.
I would highly recommend buying a house in this estate, you will not be disappointed.
Thankyou for making this exciting experience pleasurable we really appreciate all your efforts, your all a credit to Robertson, they really have employed the cream of the crop!

Been in my house a few months now and nothing to report. Minor leak at washing machine pipe work was resolved quickly by site manager Chris, who check regularly if all ok. Marie was excellent and sad that she’s left! Site is still in build progress and I guess once started again I’ll see the impact. But can’t fault Chris and Marie, excellent customer support. I recently viewed Robertson’s show home at their Lambton Park development in the North East of England. The customer service was second to none and the build quality across the development was fantastic. A great experience.

ROBERTSONS is a 5 star house builder, after visiting the new show home today at Lambton, I am blow away, best show home I’ve layed eyes on.

We have lived in our house by Robertson’s for almost 3 years. And what a frustrating time it has been! Two and a half years of sorting snagging issues that takes a toll on your mental health!!!
And if you buy a house from them then don’t expect the communal areas to be of a standard that you would expect from the price you pay for your home!!
Once they have your money they have absolutely no care about the finish of the area around your estate!
This company will lie and lie to you about everything you challenge them about!!
If we knew then what we know now when we looked around the show house we would have never bought a home by Robertson’s! Even trying to communicate with the CEO is useless!! Be warned!
