The quality and service these guys provide is second to none. The art work is amazing so went with a 61x91 print and a matching shower panel.

Amazing totally transformed my bathroom

I purchased two A1 framed prints from rocksalt, one of which was poster style and the other a canvas.

I had issues with both, the poster arrived with dust/bit sealed in to the frame - this was replaced but obviously had to wait for the replacement to be sent out after exchanging emails and photos ( the replacement took 5 days to arrive after it was agreed that a new one would be sent.

The 2nd print, a framed canvas, arrived with the canvas bowed on the top and bottom. Again I complained and a new one was sent and it arrived 7 working days later. All was good with the new canvas, but a few weeks later I notice the bottom right corner of the frame had been rounded off, probably a manufaturing fault, obviously not happy I sent them an email and haven't heard back.

I won't be shopping with them again, whilst the prints are cool, the are clearly willing to send out items without checking for quality. At circa £100 each I expect better.

Reply: already emailed you photos a couple of weeks ago and you haven't responded. My complaint isn't about turn around, it's the fact that 3 out of 4 items you have sent were faulty. Couldn't care less if you are a family run business, I run my own business and you have wasted my valuable time in having to chase your company to get the product I ordered. Is that really too much to ask?

Reply: I was just giving facts, it's nothing to do with if you deserve it or not. You are a business making money, i just want what i ordered to not be faulty. The canvas I ordered has faulty in the first instance, you sent a replacement and it was faulty again. I wouldn't of bothered coming on here if you responded to the email I sent on the 21st July.

I think your customer service skills are terrible and not worth 1 star. The email is in my sent items and I didn't get a bounce back. This is the first time you have asked for the items back, good job as I was literally about to throw them out. Email a return label and I will send them back to you.

Audrey Hepburn Bubblegum Embellished Canvas

You know how sometimes you see something on a website and you have to have it? That was how I felt about Audrey, the minute I saw her, I had to have her.

I wanted something unique for my bedroom and she fitted the bill. She was expensive, let's be honest and not having seen her in the flesh as it were, I knew I was taking a chance as these made to order prints are non-refundable. However, it didn't matter. She had to be mine!!!

I nervously awaited her arrival and today, she arrived. I can honestly say, she took my breath away when I removed her from the packaging. Absolutely exquisite, just beautiful, that’s all I can say.

Yes these prints are pricey, but you get what you pay for. I didn’t want something run-of-the-mill from an online home store, I wanted something different and was prepared to pay a bit more to get it.

Is she worth nearly £450? Perhaps not, maybe she was overpriced, but that doesn’t stop me coveting more items from the website.

If you can bear the pain of the cost, really worthwhile.

Absolutely thrilled with my 110cm x 75cm ‘Life Is Beautiful’ splashback for my range oven! It is unbelievably beautiful and is like having a piece of bespoke art above my oven! Everyone that has seen it is blown away by it!

Before I ordered, I made an enquiry asking if there were any dragonflies within the image? Rock Salt Prints reply was super quick, and although they said there wasn’t any dragonflies, they offered adding three at no extra charge and promptly sent me an amended image for my approval. Delivery was stated as 7-10 days, but it actually arrived within 6 days! So incredibly impressed with the customer service, they were so kind and friendly, and answered every question I had extremely quickly! Thank you SO much! As soon as I am ready to do my bathroom, I will be ordering a bespoke shower panel for sure! 🤩

Quality prints fast delivery happy

Great responses when I enquired about buying two large acrylic shower panels - very human, friendly and helpful - so I went ahead with the purchase, using the hefty discount code ;) Got a lovely freebie glass cutting board in the post a week later, then a few days later the 2 panels arrived - really well packaged, good delivery service, and THEY ARE AMAZING!!! Great advice on the website too on which silicone to use and fitting them was just super easy due to the fact they'd pre-cut them to the exact size I'd specified, at no extra cost. I now have an awesome Marilyn Monroe bubble gum shower and a Muhammad Ali above the bath. Bathroom looks brilliant and these two panels were the easiest part of the refurb! Will definitely order again when I decorate the next room!

I absolutely love rock salt prints, I love that it's got a completely different selection than any other online shops I've used, and I've a list of more stuff I want when I finish decorating. Different, stylish and definitely not what you'd get on the high street. Love love love!! Highly recommend if your after something a little quirky and not boring.

To anyone wanting a unique and stunning design for their shower room, you must look at their designs. We decided on the Elvis print 2240 x 1700. Pete, from Rock Salt Prints helped me at every stage including cutting the panels to size for a perfect fit. At 5mm thick they are rigid enough not to ripple or leave a uneven surface. My wife is so happy with the outcome. Well worth scouring the net for! Thank you.

Excellent quality prints at an excellent price. Order of 5 items arrived with one missing. Working in retail I understand mishaps happen. Laura in their customer care team was excellent and got the missing item sent out. Can't wait to get them framed and up on the walls now! Top marks to rock salt prints

Horrible experience. I ordered a 91cm x 120cm canvass print, I opted for the additional black border, order was completed, payment taken, then nothing for over a week. I complained and fair enough they came back a day or so later to apologize that there had been an error but the order would be processed shortly. Days later I had to chase again and then finally today the order arrived in the post. It is however 20cm x 25cm and does not have the frame. Naturally I have asked for a refund, but I expect I will get the usual pain of having to fund the return. Extremely dissapointed at the poor service. UPDATE RESPONSE - Thank you for your response and offer to send me the correct size artwork. I would be very pleased to receive this, thanks. My order number was 702475 UPDATE - no further response, why am I not surprised

Ordered dollar baby skull splash back and chopping board it’s absolutely stunning the colours are amazing 🤩 their website has so many amazing designs was lucky enough to get my pieces in the 20% off sale which made the price more manageable 😍. I really can’t understand why people rate this company. My prints arrived on time so no problem there. I wish I would have gone elsewhere. Cheap nasty tat, could have done these myself. Paid the extra £10. For ‘premium finish’ there’s nothing premium about these pictures in the slightest, the frame isn’t of good quality and it isn’t even glass ! For the price I expected so much more. One to avoid, never again. The only reason I’m not returning is because I used a discount code (10% off) and it states that they will only give credit if a discount code was used! Scam. Terrible company.

I ordered 2 pictures from these guys, had one delivered and second one on it's way within a few days of ordering I'm so impressed with the pictures, just perfect for my son's room and unusual prints. i was going to purchase from Wayfair but decided to give the smaller company my business, was a win win as i supported them and i got them for a great price! i'm very chuffed!!
