Everything from booking the car , going through the car the car it self and returnal of the car went smoothly the rep that served me the car to the hotel in
Rhodes town at Aquarium view hotel was a true proffesional and friendly nice and very serviceminded.

I will for sure book a car again by this company as i have done before. If you want a good experience and a quality service and Quality care use this company.

Have used Rodos cars both times we’ve been to the island and can’t fault them. The price you’re quoted is what you pay, damage waivers etc all included unlike a lot of hire companies. Quick pick up and drop off (we were on our way 10 minutes after collecting our cases). Word of warning though if you get a Toyota Yaris sometimes if the interior mat gets pushed up too far can stop the clutch being depressed fully then the car won’t start. Phoned Rodos to say there was a problem with the car intermittent starting but they immediately knew what the problem was. Helpful and friendly staff

Sevi at the Labranda Blue Bay really took the time to discuss abd understand our family needs . She recommended the perfect car , gave us some fantastic insights into local places to visit and really made us feel comfortable with driving in Rhodes (wife and I were a bit nervous)
Filled In the paperwork and arrived next morning to find we had been upgraded free of charge to a brand new vehicle in immaculate condition.

Go to Rodos labanda blue hotel rhodes.."how much for small car one day" ..40 euro sir...I wait for the inevitable " and would you damage insurance, waiver protection insurance,wheel rim insurance tyre insurance, collision waiver etc etc etc..no it's 40 euros all in. The car was good for the price and what we needed returned...no inspection under a million watt light to find on scratch (had that before)highly recommended

Firstly, this is an excellent company, went out their way to have the right car and child seat for my granddaughter, excellent quality too. I hired a smaller car too while we had our holiday in Lindos, lovely quality. Any queries or changes, they were only too happy to help and respond within the hour. Just fantastic.

Things were going well with the rental until it was time to return, the lady at the Diagoras airport airport return station insisted we pay extra for missing fuel (less than a tick less than when we returned) and asked for 15 euros. When I got to the office to pay she pretended there had been a mistake and said “actually, my mistake it’s 20 euros”. I challenged her on this and said “no problem, give me the keys back I’ll go and top up the petrol” and she then admitted that she was actively trying to scam me and wanted an additional tip. Shameless, these sorts of experiences will divert tourists away not only from your business but also the country as a whole, you cannot treat tourists like this, it left a really sour feeling on my exit of your beautiful country. I can’t believe I’m saying this In 2023 but be wary of scammers

My partner is a pro when it comes to cars. We asked for a serious luxury vehicle. Porsche wasn't available so we settled for an Audi A3, it's just a shame that on the morning of collection we found out that it was a car from 2016!!! The driving experience was extremely bad. At the end of the day we returned the car, we only asked for a refund for half the next day. And of course we were refused because there is no refund. And we were told why we didn't call to report the vehicle? And I don't understand if you had a better car from the beginning why didn't you give it to us.... I expected much more from a company of this size!

Unica pecca la consegna al porto è stata molto disorganizzata, non ci avevano dato alcun riferimento preciso e quando siamo arrivati non trovavamo nessuno. Alla fine siamo riusciti a trovare l'incaricato dopo aver chiamato, il quale da solo doveva però occuparsi di tutti gli arrivi e quindi non è stato particolarmente disponibile (gli abbiamo fatto notare una spia accesa ma non ha saputo aiutarci).

La macchina era una fascia economy, ma la.nostra era una vecchia panda non particolarmente pulita.

What has gone wrong with this car hire company, they claim all fleet are clean and new, I booked car hire with rodos cars for airport pickup to start our holiday in Rhodes, our flight arrived at 23.00 as planed, we were tired and it was late, got the keys to the car and drove down south to resort, the next day I was shocked at how bad the car was, it must be at least 10 years old, has been round the click in milage and was filthy dirty inside and out, in all the places a bucket of water would never reach, the steering wheel was disgusting and warn out with lumps of the leather missing, the internal door cards were warn out and disgusting, the windscreen wipers were warn out and stuck to the windscreen, fortunately it didnt rain, the headlight glass was worn and scratched and degraded by sunshine due to the age obscuring most of the light put out at night, the hole car should never have been put out for hire, it cost me €541 for twelve days and is the most I have ever paid after 13 years of hiring cars in Rhodes, please avoid this company as you may end up with a car like ours that is not fit for hire, every time we went over a bump or around a tight bend, a open door alarm would sound and warning on the dash board that a door is open, this happened on every journey and was very off-putting and distracting. I have photos of this unroadworth car showing all the details mentioned but can't find out how to upload them.

In Rhodes and decided to hire a soft top Audi to travel around island.
Whilst the idea was great, they advertise cars as new. Outside was good but inside included broken radio, broken seats and would say was 4-5 years old.
Before signing any paperwork check the car over, no matter what rep says.

Tutto bene finché non si è verificato un evento drammatico. Le famose variabili che fanno capire che azienda abbiamo di fronte quando si presentano.
In breve, ero con famiglia a Rodi e sono scoppiati gli incendi. Causa evacuazione abbiamo dovuto sospendere la vacanza. Vi risparmio i disagi perché esulano da questa recensione. Alla restituzione anticipata dell'auto le persone con cui parliamo (al desk in areoporto e nel parcheggo di consegna) ci dicono che non possono rimborsarci in quel momento e che dobbiamo contattare il manager via mail. Finite le peripezie di rientro in Italia contatto il manager. Scrive che purtroppo non possono restiuirci i soldi relativi ai giorni di non utilizzo auto perché "abbiamo già anticipato tasse, assicurazioni" ecc. Gli faccio notare che c'erano molti turisti in attesa di ritirare auto e che quindi mi sembra strano che abbiano avuto problemi a nolaggiare la "nostra" ad altro cliente. Mi dicono che possono darmi un voucher nominativo per la prossima estate (...). Me lo scrivono via mail il 29 luglio sera indicando come termine tassativo di risposta il 31 mattina. Leggo mail il 31 sera e mi stupsco di quella dead-line perché gli avevo spiegato tutti i nostri disagi e il rientro traumatico in Italia.
Risultato: nessun altra comunicazione da parte loro. Gli ho comunicato la mia insoddisfazione anticipandogli i contenuti di questa recensione.

Excellent service from Nigel at Rodos Cars Holiday Villages Kolymbia. Very straightforward and very lucky to get brand new Audi Q2 with only 900km on the clock. Easy to book, pay then refuel prior to return. If back in Rhodes, will definitely use again

I am always nervous about hiring vehicles abroad, however George from Rodos Cars made the experience completely easy. The car was delivered to our hotel where he went through the paperwork and showed us the car. All the cars are spotless, they look as though they have been driven off a forecourt. Absolutely great service and thank you George.

The staff are amazing, friendly and very professional. We stayed at Kresten Royal Resort in Rhodes and everything was straight forwad we rented a car then a buggie no hidden charges and very affordable rates, the cars were cleaned and sanitised.Thank you to Nikos and your Colleagues you guys are amazing keep up the excellent service ...

We bestelden een auto bij Rodos cars online. De ochtend nadien stond een man voor ons hotel te wachten en reed ons naar een parking zo'n 200 meter verderop waar de bestelde wagen stond geparkeerd. Daar werd het contract ingevuld met rijbewijs- en identiteitsgegevens. Ook de visagegevens werden overgemaakt. Na dit alles vroeg de man om te betalen. Wij betaalden het afgesproken bedrag contant. Vervolgens vroeg ik de schade die reeds aangebracht was aan de wagen voordien, te beschrijven op het formulier in het voorziene vak. De man weigerde dit te doen. Hij vroeg me het document te ondertekenen waarop stond dat de wagen zonder schade ons werd bezorgd. Echter stond er aan zeer grote schram op de zijkant van de wagen. Wanneer ik weigerde het document met valse informatie te ondertekenen, zei hij dat hij alles zou annuleren en dat we hem 20 euro moesten betalen voor het leveren van de wagen. Dit weigerden wij. Hij riep ons nog na dat hij dit via Visa zou aanrekenen. Hierop blokkeerde wij onze kaart. Ik vrees dat het oplichters zijn.
