Fantastic service from start to finish. Rodos cars are located in the airport. Payment was quick and efficient. The car was easy to find and met the description. We also had an infant child seat which was perfect. We used the car every day to go up and down the island. On returning the car, service was again excellent and very prompt. We will definitely use again and recommend if you’re looking for a hire car during your stay in Rhodes!

Great service! Great Price! Car was delivered on time at the hotel. After 7 days we could deposit the key at the hotel reception and rodos cars picked it up later. The car was absolutly ok. We would rent a car again with rodos cars and can recommend it. The service was uncomplicated and perfect!

Avoid these LIARS. They tell say you have full damage waiver and you don't.. in the event of an accident they'll have your kecks off. Read the bad reviews they're con artists....

I have booked another holiday to Rhodes. And hardly anyone believes me because I do because apart from the fact that it is a beautiful island, I am 100% sure that I can rent a great and very good car from you! Never had a problem in all these years! So Rodoscars and Kostas Chatzantonis You can prepare a nice and safe car again! I'm coming soon!

Great service from the agent at the hotel (Atlantica Aegean Park, Kolymbia, Rhodes). However, car was very dirty inside. I know we were at the end of the season but it really should be cleaner.

Very pleased with our decision to use Rodos cars as the experience was excellent from pick up to drop off. We booked a basic Aygo which was perfect for exploring the Island and only used 55 euros of fuel for the week! We’d noted some reviews mentioning worn tyres but our car had 4 nearly new premium brand Goodyear tyres. Others noted the cars were older… I couldn’t tell you what vintage ours was, but it looked modern and had aircon, and a usp port which was all we needed. The desk is easy to locate in the terminal and similarly the pick up drop off area is only 100 yards from the front door. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Savas lovely man car was good and good experience

Rented and picked up a newer VW Polo, and had it for two days without any problems. The car was in good condition, ane working 100%.
The service at Elissa Lifestyle Resort, when signing, picking-up and bringing back was professional performed by Savvas. A very serviceminded employee.

Avoid this company.
Old cars, clutches problem and old tyres. They took credit card details to take extra charges on these repairs. Even though mentioned no deposits during booking time.

We rented a Rodos Car from Rhodes airport, NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN !

The good reviews you see, are most likely people who did not have an issue with their car, as they did not have any interaction with Rodos Cars Customer Services other than pick up and drop off, and their car worked fine … these are very lucky people.

But please be warned, if there is an issue with your car, their people can be very rude and their customer service is shocking and totally unprofessional.

Firstly, don’t expect a brand new car like their website claims, most of their cars are old, battered, poorly maintained and have high mileage, so expect mechanical issues.

Also, the car you order is not the car you get, and can vary considerably in size.

Our car had a clutch slipping issue, as the engine was over revving and the car was struggling to get up the hills on the 75km journey to our villa.

The next day the car could not exit the villa driveway which was a very steep hill, so it was reported.

I drove the car to a local Rodos representative, he checked the car and said the car has a small 1.0 litre engine and is not designed to carry 3 passengers and luggage, and that I should turn off the air conditioning and carry fewer passengers when travelling up hill …. what an absolute joke.

I couldn’t rely on this car to get me around the island, so after several frustrating telephone calls to the office insisting the car is dangerous and should be exchanged, resulted in an offer for an upgrade, but at an extra cost of 120 Euros, to which I refused.

I eventually agreed to a like-for-like replacement at no extra cost, however the car was not brought to me, I had to travel to 2 different locations approx 20km apart, and although the replacement car was probably older with even higher mileage, the car worked fine for the rest of our holiday, and luckily I did not have to interact with Rodos Cars customer services ever again.

Great experience with Vasili with my Rhodes car hire last week. Smooth and seamless pick up from my Airbnb. Returns process was super simple too at the airport. As with all car hire, just make sure you take pics at pick up and get the good insurance policy. The car was exactly what we needed and in great condition - Renault Twingo.

Alt gik perfekt. Bilen var klar til tiden. Endda opgraderet til større model og med automatgear. Det var en super god oplevelse og endda meget billigt.

Used Rodos cars in September for two weeks. We had a problem with a warning light on the dash board. We drove in to Kolymbia and was looked after by Savvas. He called for a Mechanic who came and replaced a brake light bulb. Savvas even sent for coffee for four of us while we waited. Great service. We also had a problem with a flat battery. They sent a Mechanic out on Sunday evening. The battery was replaced with a new one. The car was n't new, but it got us around the Island. I recommend to take out the full excess insurance with them and they will overlook any small issues you may have with the car. In our case a dent in the Sill.

Went to book for June next year after using Rodos cars for 10 years ( sometimes twice a year ) and was quoted 510 euros for 2 weeks for a Micra. This was after us having a car from them in July this year for 325 euros.
When I went back to them they quoted the old “it’s COVID that’s making us put prices up” what a load of rubbish , a 60% increase due to COVID !! I’ll never use them again. Went straight onto another website and got it 125 euros cheaper.
