AVOID*AVOID*AVOID.
We hired a car from the airport. The man there was fine.
Driving to our hotel in Kiotari, it became apparent the car was not holding the road as much as we expected. We did get to the hotel, and at the time forgot until we went to use the car a Couple of days later. Same thing, this time we checked the tyres which were BALD, PERISHED AND ILLEGAL on the front.
The company were really not helpful, blamed our driving amongst other excuses. They were very rude by emails too.
Eventually they took the car and changed all 4 tyres, but returned it WITHOUT refilling the fuel they had used. And, after would only agree to refund one days use, inspite of the fact we were unable to use the car for 2 days. We have gone through our credit card as even the promised refund has not happened.

Excellent ! Local pour remplir les papiers à la sortie de l’avion dans l’aéroport. Tout réglé en 2mn. 230€ la semaine pour une polo. Nous sortons de l’aéroport et la voiture est à 200m à gauche en sortant. En 3 mn nous avions la voiture. Idem pour le retour. 1mn pour la rendre. L’accessibilité et la gentillesse de cette entreprise de location ne laisse aucun doute sur ma prochaine location de voiture à Rhodes. Encore merci

Je conseille vivement cette agence de location : personnel disponible. Voiture propre, désinfectée. Bien vérifié si tous les impacts sont notés sur le constat (et vérifier le bas de caisse).
Tarif très abordable comparé aux autres agences. Horaires très flexibles.

TRES DECU
Nous avions payé pour 2 jours avec la nvelle Citroen C4 jusque la tout va bien, le commercial est charmant
Le jour de location arrive et la les problemes commencent.
Le même commercial tente de nous expliquer que la C4 a eu un accident ( en nous montrant des photos d’une voiture differente….) et que nous aurons donc une Toyota Corolla. Bon deja c est pas ce qu’on voulait mais bon. Il y a eu un soucis tant pis
Sauf que la Corolla, elle avait 68000kilometres avec un moteur poussif, des couts partouts et meme de la rouille bref on est loin de la nouvelle C4
EN sortant de notre hôtel, que voit on une C4 auto comme on aurait du avoir….on retourne voir le commercial qui essaye de nous expliquer que c est pas celle la mais au final avoue qu’elle a été changée au dernier moment car les personnes la louait 5 jours et nous 2.
Et que ils avaient le droit de changer car c’était noté sur le bon de réservation.
alors certes c est noté mais c est une honte de fournir un véhicule comme celui qu’on a eu et surtout pour le même prix.
Donc evitez cette société si vous ne voulait pas avoir de mauvaise surprise au dernier moment.

Appâtent les touristes que nous sommes avec un véhicule neuf disponible le jour de la réservation. Puis le jour J nous racontent que ce même véhicule a eu un accident....et qu'il est changé par un model beaucoup, beaucoup plus ancien. Sauf que cette voiture a juste été déplacée sur le parking d'un hôtel voisin ..... et n'était absolument
pas accidentée !!!! Dommage pour eux nous sommes tombés dessus !!!!!
Donc pour résumer vous réservez la nouvelle C4 et vous vous retrouvez avec une ancienne Corrola....Bien sûr pour le même prix .....
Un grand merci de nous avoir pris pour des imbéciles. HONTE à eux.

Sul sito mostrano auto di ultima generazione, quando vai a ritirarle ti consegnano auto vecchie e sporche.
A Rodi esistono molte altre compagnie, alcune delle quali molto serie.
Il manager, Andrea, non ha prestato nessuna attenzione alle mie lamentele.

ENGLISH:
On the site they show latest generation cars, when you go to pick them up they give you old and dirty cars.
There are many other companies in Rhodes, some of which are very serious.
The manager, Andrea, paid no attention to my complaints.

They demanded 40 euro when i returned the car at the airport because it was dusty and dirty on the outside. I had hired it for 25 days at a cost of 850 euro on an island full of sand and dust so what do you expect? It’s your job to clean your cars, not charge me. I am on holiday, i do not clean cars and go to car washes when i am on holiday, i go windsurfing and eat ok? I do enough van cleaning in my wellies and waterproofs at home! Daylight robbery.

Location d'une petite suzuki pour une semaine en juillet 2021, prise et rendue à l'aéroport de Rhodes. Formalités de prise en charge extrêmement rapides et fait très appréciable en matière de location, on n'a pas essayé de nous vendre tout un tas d'assurances ou options supplémentaires. Bref, très bonne expérience.

Fantastisk biludlejnings firma. Vi hentede den bil vi havde bestilt. De aflæste benzinmåleren da vi kørte og igen da vi ankom igen - den stod ca. på det samme sp alt var ok. Søde og venlige personaler. Fuld forsikring og intet depositum. Vil helt klart anbefale dem. God pris.

Having originally decided that we wouldn't bother with car hire and use buses to get around, we were advised by our hotel receptionist that a car would be advisable due to the risk of Covid.
We nipped into Rodos Cars as they were right next door to our hotel and were exceptionally well served by Savvas Dimitropoulos who couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.
The price for 2 days hire was very fair and Savvas even gave us useful tips on free places to park and avoid crowds etc. His directions to some back street parking in Rhodes Town were spot on!
We'd definitely use Rodos Cars again.

Faultless service from reservation and email correspondence, car was ready as soon as we got there which was convenient when we had just got off the plane!
Car was exactly as described guys were attentive to check for damage and for you to agree on already damaged areas
We had a great time in Rhodes in the little Peugeot and couldn’t have had a better experience from rental company!!

We tried to hire a car for two days near Lindos in Rhodes. We said we needed a rear facing car seat for our 5month old son. They said that was no problem so we booked. We picked the car up today and they handed us the car seat which was not fitted in the car which I thought was odd. We paid and headed out to the car and he left us to it. We tried and tried to put the seat in the car and it didn’t fit. We asked for the guys help and he said he didn’t know and he then phoned head office. Someone came they then did the unbelievable, they ripped off the instructions from the car seat and threw them on the floor and strapped the car seat in wrong and said there you go. When my husband challenged it and said where are the instructions they picked them up off the floor and my husband said you’ve done it wrong and your suggesting we put our 5month old in this car knowing he won’t be secure! They then tried to tell us it’s our responsibility to fit the car seat and refused to give our money back! Do not use this company and whatever you do DO NOT put your babies safety in their hands. Their slogan is ‘the safest choice’ if we had trusted them and had an accident my son could have died!

I rented a Peugeot 108 Soft Top for 6 days in Rhodes, and have to say that I am really pleased with the service.

I came to get the car 2 hours before the actual reservation time, and that was not a problem since the car was ready and parked outside the office in Marina Bay.

The price was very cheap with full insurances, staff was helpful and spoke english very well, and they even gave me a 20km lift back to my apartment after I mistakenly brought the car back to the office. And I got to say that the car was not bad either!

Tip: with the aircon off and the roof opened for all 6 days - I managed to do 750km on one tank, and there was still 5 litres left, even with my maniac driving style throught the mountains overtaking even the local maniacs and driving couple evenings in the city. I still can’t believe it myself, but this little car actually did that.

TIP #2: BE AWAKE WHEN YOU DRIVE IN RHODES!!! It’s only dangerous if you drive like a granny and look at the beautiful women walking in a bikini. Eyes on the road at all times and you will be A-OK.

Could not recommend Rodos Cars enough, very easy and very economical, plenty of car choices and very quick to get the car at Rhodes airport, they sit next to one of the big boys car hire which had a queue out of the door, but Rodos was amazingly not busy so was very happy with the quick getaway, very friendly and helpful staff

We always hire from Rodos cars at the airport. It is hassle free, easy and the staff are friendly. Never had an issue. It is trouble free. No big deposits or pay before you even arrive in Rhodes. It is fast too. Highly recommend this company.

Ottimo servizio veloce e puntuale sia la consegna che la riconsegna, personale molto gentile e disponibile, ci è stata data una Toyota Yaris nuovissima e ci siamo trovati bene. A brodo abbiamo trovato con da richiesta buon seggiolino per bimbi. Consigliato!

By far my worst experience in the three times that I visited Greece, was with Rodos cars.
First of all the boot of the car could not open, but I could work around that. What I did not notice, was that the cigarette charger, that I use for my GPS, was not working.
I rented the car for a day, from 9 AM to 8 PM. I was at Ladiko when my GPS told me that the battery is low. I planned to drive to town further to the south, but realised that without the GPS I am completely lost. So I returned to the hotel on the last power that it had. When I arrived, I immediately phoned their office. The lady who answered told me that a manager will call me back within 2 to 3 minutes. After I received no response after more than 15 minutes, I phoned again. The phone was answered by a very rude lady. She told me that as the car is working, and only the cigarette charger is not working, it is no problem, as the car is still working. (As if the charger is not part of the car!) I explained to her that I cannot use the car without a GPS. She said they will send someone out to fix it, but it will take 30 to 60 minutes for him to come. I tried to explain to her that it does not make sense, as my time to do what I planned was now very limited, and another hour (plus the time to fix it) would mean that I won’t be able to use the car.. I suggested a 50% refund, as I could only use the car for half the time I booked it. She then said I could keep the car until 11 o’clock. I explained that I wanted to use it to go to beaches, and does not want to go to beaches at night. But she seemed not to be able to comprehend that and hang up.
I emailed the office with my problem, to which the manager replied that I must meet their representative when they come to fetch the car at 8 pm. That was just a waste of time. He was not trying to solve the problem, seemingly not being able to understand that to use the car after 8 o’clock because of the problem is no solution, when I in the first instance wanted to use it to go to the beach. According to him the car was “safe”, whatever that would mean. It is surely not safe for me to drive in a foreign country where I am not able to read road indicators without a GPS.
He told me that we can go together to the tourist police (just two blocks away), but when I went up to my room to fetch the contract and my passport, he did not want to go any longer. When I said I keep him to his word that he must go with me, he phoned someone and all of a sudden he had to solve another problem, and could no longer go with me.
These people are really disgusting, and no sane person will do business with them.

Had a fantastic service and experience with Rodos cars. Everyone was helpful especially Michalis who seems to work 24/7 on answering any queries that one may have. He is always available for online chat. We were really pleased to have the car only a few yards opposite the arrival lounge at Rhodes Airport and return it to the same point. This Company is much better than anyone else I used and I have been hiring holiday cars for many years now. I would recommend taking the full insurance cover for peace of mind. Having said that, I did not need it but it is better to have it, just in case. I would definitely use Rodos Cars again.

Very disappointing experience with RODOS CARS. Having a FULL INSURANCE you expected to be fully covered, as it says on website 100% NO RISK! We had a small collision (not my fault) when we were going back to the airport (5 min away). Despite the fact that the perpetrator of the collision confirmed that it was his fault and was charged 40 euros Rodos Cars charged me as well. They wanted a police report and a phone call to say we had a accident. Would not recommend this rental company.
