Donna-Marie Brant kept us fully informed throughout recent difficult situations of our rental property , we would have found it very stressful without her expertise of many years of working in the industry.

Have been letting my property with Romans for some years. Donna Marie Brant has often been my main contact & is always helpful - sometimes I'll contact Donna & find she's not the correct person; but Donna will point me in the right direction. Donna keeps me informed when matters need to be dealt with (new tenants, legislation changes etc.) It's good to have someone like Donna in the Romans office as a contact - she always helps me out. Our property manager, Donna Brant (Bracknell) is always extremely helpful and responds quickly to any issues. She is a pleasure to deal with and it is nice to have a property manager who cares about her tenants.

Massive thanks to Sarah Boyens at the Bracknell office. I contacted Sarah at 13:00 regarding an urgent issue, by 15:00 Sarah had sorted everything. Sarah also followed up the next day with the various people involved to ensure that I had total peace of mind. Brilliant service thanks

Sorry to say but you I had asked so many questions around what documentation is needed as it was my first time selling and I was only told that I needed a EPC rating. There was no care in the customer service element once I had accepted an offer. I had to then run around for 5 months trying to locate documents like the EWS1 from, Deeds and other items. If I was advised that this was needed I probably would have waited before we accepted an offer to ensure it was stress free for the buyer and myself. The agent was confident with the evaluation and ended up dropping £30K of the initial market value while the completion were selling at market value. I was just passed onto someone after I accepted an offer who I only managed to speak 1 week before my completion. If you asked me if I would recommend or use the agency again I would run in the opposite direction pay a bit more in commission as the service is better and would never recommend anyone sell through Romans.

Donna-Marie Brant has been looking after us & our properties for many years. We are still impressed by her efficient, prompt & personable service. Most recently she coordinated the fitting of a new boiler, an extension to our lease & liaised with the tenants over the completion of supplementary documents. Can we therefore, through this medium, convey our ongoing appreciation to Donna-Marie for her outstanding service.

I have been a landlord for many years ans since Romans have taken over managing the property Kimberley Garcia Jones has been the property manager. She has always been very responsive to issues ensuring that they are speedily resolved. Well done Kimberley.
The contractors used are generally of good quality but can be expensive so Romans should try to get equally good tradesmen on board that are more cost effective - there are many out there. Hence 4 stars not 5

We have used Romans fully managed letting service for many years and this has worked well for us, whilst overseas and also when back in UK.

The property has been managed sensibly and we have benefited from continuity with a specific, named property manager (Donna-Marie Brant) who has been our point of contact over the long term. This provides us with confidence that queries from both the tenants and ourselves are addressed professionally, politely, consistently and promptly, together with ongoing personal knowledge of the letting history.

Rohan is very professional, informative, and customer service. We are convinced that he has the best interests at heart for us and our house.

The whole process was done professionally. From the initial contact with Daisy who polite and professional and did exactly what she said she would. The whole team in fact were excellent. Would recommend Romans to everyone

We have enjoyed having Jacqueline Miles-Miller at the Bracknell office as our property manager. Jacqueline has been great in communicating with us and responds promptly to our concerns. She has been effective and helpful in liaison with our tenants. Our overall experience has been a positive one.

Jackie at the Bracknell office went above and beyond to ensure the continued safety of my tenants by organising a fire detector while the current detector (under warranty) is replaced by the manufacturer.

The whole experience with Romans was very bad. Yesterday when we completed, I was told to go to the branch to collect a set of keys. I went in, they made me wait and told me that the previous home owners were not ready and we had to wait for a few hours which didn’t help our situation. When I asked for the key, Tamsin went to find it and came back and told me they didn’t appear to have it ( which they were clueless about). So I wasted my time in the branch when I could have just gone straight to the house. The worst experience ever and no one made it pleasant.

Not nice experience with Romans in Bracknell.
Holding my deposit without a reason, no communication, no information, nothing.
Everyone in this company seems to have plenty of time and is not interested in getting the things sorted.
Will not recommend that company to anyone.
