Great communication and support throughout, quick and helpful - Thanks Katie

I'm personally really happy with the Romans Letting and Sales Team during and after sales support after active contacts had expired. Also on behalf of my late parents, who were always very happy with their Letting and management services.
Thank you, a special mention to Christine for all her help with the estate of my late parents. Regards Robbie Emmett

Hi,

Thank you Catherine McN and Jordan R for your wonderful job, for making sure everything was going as it has to, for following my case all the working days from morning until evening with a lot of perseverance/persistence.

Only with your help everything became achievable and had a successful result in time.

Thank you Romans.

"Highly impressed with Romans! Their dedication to finding clienta a home for was evident throughout the process. Attentive, friendly, and professional service. Couldn't be happier!"

We viewed a property to rent through Roman's, the agent was very knowledgeable and professional, at the same time being very approachable and friendly. We applied for the house and the service has been very quick and easy to navigate online

Excellent service, was able to apply for and get a house within 2 weeks. no hassle with process, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great communication all round. would recommend

Really disappointed in the Swindon (Taw Hill) branch. Not only did I feel as though they didn’t really care about anything (since they took over from Dewhurst). I’ve just had to deal with an issue that nearly caused a problem with my credit file. They notified Thames Water that we had moved in to the property we just moved out from! And I started to receive outstanding bills from Thames Water!! Luckily I know someone who helped me sort it.

I had searched for property that was available within 2 weeks , team helped me with all the process and made it look very easy. The updates were provided on timely manner and complete transparency for on going process
Thankful for seamless process and would definitely recommend services offered by Romans!!

I have had no issue with romans if I have a problem it’s always delt with on time .
Christine has been amazing can’t fault her in her role that she does .
Thanks Karina . X

I have had a property managed by Romans (previously Dewhurst) for 12 years. I have worked with many people, currently Christine Lancaster, all who have been exemplary and professional. I have been kept in the loop at all times and been offered sound and practical advice. Definitely would recommend as a property management agency.

This is my first time of renting a property from Romans and have been dealing with Katie and Naomi.

Katie and Naomi have been really helpful through the journey of renting my new property as they make sure I get an on time response to any of my queries, I would recommend them any day any time.

We have used Romans, formerly Dewhurst, since buying our rental property 8 years ago. In that time Christine Lancaster has excelled in looking after ourselves and our tenants with efficiency, courtesy and empathy.
Dealing with and resolving any issues that arise.
We are not residents in Swindon so having this reassurance that our property is well managed is vital.
Thank you Christine Lancaster and keep up the good work. You are an asset to Romans Lettings in Swindon.

Very helpful and professional!

Katie Page was an incredible help in my journey to finding a rental property. She was very professional, friendly and responsive when helping me with my inquiries.

I met Christine Lancaster since January 2020 I rented this property, she is a wonderful property manager to me. Anytime I needed something to be fixed in the house she didn't hesitate to get it solved.
English is not my first language so sometimes I find it a bit difficult to explain my needs but she'll be patient and polite untill she gets what I meant.
