Excellent customer service from start to finish!
I have been dealing with Naomi and Katie from the Swindon branch and they have both been extremely helpful throughout.
They have made the process simple and smooth, even with my plethora of questions. Would highly recommend.

Straight from the off meeting Natasha she was very easy going and forthcoming, she allowed myself and my partner to view the property at our own free will and and answered all questions in full detail without hesitation.
Inside the Swindon office I was in contact with Katie who waited on hand and foot and disclosed all information quickly and efficiently and was an absolute please to deal with even when I felt I was being a nuisance. Natasha and Katie constantly made sure our procedures and process was quick and efficiently and worked at an incredible fast pace to ensure myself and partner got the home we desired. I feel comfortable knowing that any issues or questions we have in future they will give us 110% assistance and our best interest at heart. An amazing experience through a nerve racking time. Christine Lancaster is the whole reason why we like Romans. She has been our contact throughout our tenancy as does a fantastic job. Her customer service is excellent and we have always felt we are in safe hands if there is every an issue.

Romans is a really great agency in Swindon. From arranging viewing and all the procedures carrying out, all staffs are very nice, polite and replied promptly. Especially Katie, she’s very kind and cheerful while meeting us at the property for viewing. After accepting the offer from landlord, she contacted us promptly and send us the documentation quickly, quick response, eager to answer any questions when I got confused with some documents. She always shows patient and good responsibility. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to contact Romans if they are needed to move home. Thank you again to Katie for providing any help with us!

I’ve found everyone that I’ve dealt with at Romans to be , polite, professional and very capable. They invariably react swiftly to any questions or requests that I’ve had to pose. If I ask for an annual statement it’s produced and forwarded to me within the day of asking. I was with Dewhurst prior to Romans taking over and must admit to being slightly concerned that perhaps the personal service I was used would disappear with a big company. However I worried unnecessarily, the staff at Romans kept the personal touch that I was used to. In particular I wanted to mention Naomi in the Lettings Dept. She has been particularly effective. She has had to deal with a tenant who from my perspective was problematic. She has had to balance the needs of the tenant and me, as the landlord , to a very effective standard. She has always kept me informed and offered good advice when it was needed. It’s safe to say that with Naomi looking after my property, and the fact I live in Scotland, I have have not had any problems or anxiety in my time with Dewhurst and lately with Romans. I
throughly recommend Romans.

Great communication & attention to detail from Christine Lancaster at Swindon branch, as a landlord i know that i can fully rely on Christine to cover everything when a tenant moves in or out.

Romans where a very easy and professional Estate Agents to rent through. Despite my own situation being less than ideal for both Estate Agents and landlords they perfectly communicated between all three parties and secured am agreement in less than two days. With so many peoples financial lives decimated by COVID it was such a relief to have someone who didn’t just make life difficult and instead looked to resolve any issues.
I dealt primarily with Katie in the Lettings team and she was extremely polite and yet professional. Getting back to any requests I had in fantastic time and I really felt like she cared about my business not just the money of it.
Definitely secured a renter for many years to come and I’ll recommend the Swindon team to anyone looking to move in the area!

After being let down by another agency we decided to give Romans a shot!
We were impressed with the level of knowledge, helpfulness, direction and overall 'I can sort this for you' attitude. Natasha Heffron was friendly, polite and approachable right from the start. We particularly liked her 'gut feeling' approach and fully trust she has ours and our tenants best interest at heart.

Having this property for the last 16 years with only 3 tenant changes what landlord wouldn’t be happy! As you can imagine I thought it would be a major nightmare with the latest tenant change and the property needing extensive work at a time when you can’t get a tradesman for love nor money. This is when Christine Lancaster took that nightmare away! New bathroom, every ceiling, wall and door painted, carpets and a garden tidy up all in 2 weeks, truly amazing. Many thanks Christine, won’t be changing agents anytime soon that’s for sure. Regards N Walker
