Our estimated delivery date is based on several factors, including the destination address, and the time we assemble and prepare your items for shipment. Due to peak shopping season, it may take longer to prepare item. Upon checking, the item you ordered is hot sale item, it was slighty delayed before shipping. Regarding the size issue, please note that we don’t have a standard size, our size chart is accurate. We understand that different people have different expectations on the items but we are always trying to offer the most favorable goods to our customers.

In case the customer is not convenient to take the package to return, we always provide an alternative solution. But it's only a suggestion. We always provided return label as long as customers ask for it.

We apologize for any misunderstanding made. A 40% refund was issued back to you. Our agent has reacted to your complaint and was waiting for a confirmation so that she can be authorized to send you return label. You can always return the 3 items for the reamining refund.

Regarding your review, our representative have sent an email to you with the return label, please check your inbox and spambox later, and reply to us by email. Your patience and understanding is highly appreciated.

Usually after the parcel shipped, the order shipping email(including tracking order link) will be sent directly to your mailbox, if you don't find it, you can try to find it in spam list.
