We ordered some industrial bench and table legs. We initially ordered them based on the competitive price and l, when they arrived, we’re pleasantly surprised by the high quality of them. They arrived quickly and well-protected and weren’t scratched or damaged in any way. They’re very sturdy and we’re so pleased with the outcome of our one-of-a-kind, homemade table 😊

Bought a table less than 6 months ago - there were problems with the delivery as it got delivered to another location. The vendor did eventually sort it out after 2 weeks but I’ve had to call and get updates to get it all sorted.
About 3 months after delivery the wood planks started to part and the cracks are now quite substantial. I’ve messaged the vendor twice earlier this month but my messages are simply ignored.
Seems like the vendor’s comms team is not geared towards handling any sort of issues which is not great as the table wasn’t cheap!

Lovely furniture. A major, major issue for this company is the incompetent courier service which they doggedly continue to use and which accepts no responsibility for their hopeless service. If you order furniture from the company consider this seriously as the stress and lack of acknowledgement of any responsibility and the half hearted customer service at Rustic Land completely devalues the quality of product. Just look elsewhere, save yourself weeks and months of to-ing and fro-ing.

I was really enthusiastic to use this company for a made to measure desk and shelves. However, I experienced only poor quality and design and bad customer service. We paid £600 for a badly built desk and 2 shelves for which the fittings don't work. The black paint on the metal bars stained our office chair for months and the desk's boards are split (there is a gap of 7-8 cm between boards). The fittings for the book shelves were not suitable and they actually collapsed, damaging the desk and a new apple desktop (damage worth £300). Agreed that the issue with the shelves was partially a responsibility of the fitter, I asked they at least repaired the desk properly and closed the gaps or made a new desk. They repaired the desk once but the gaps opened again. At the end, I got tired of dealing with them and will never buy from them again. All they offered was a refund of £50.

Bought breakfast bar and 4 stools, the breakfast bar came unfinished and stools have a small hole in and go down when sitting on them! Contacted Rusticland and they aren’t helpful what so ever, wanting me to send them back at my own cost which I’m not prepared to do as I’ve spent enough and would be difficult to send them back. I don’t think I should be without my table or chairs when they cost me enough! Wish I’d not bought from this company.

Fast delivery, great communication and an absolutely lovely high quality table!! Very happy and will be buying from rustic land again!!

Service and product was 5 stars! The seller was even able to set up a custom delivery for me and the product is exactly as described and shown on the photos. Had to wait a little longer for deliver but that was due to my location. Would absolutly recommend

Purchased a shelf recently. Shelf is lovely and looks really nice however screws provided with bracket did not fit so shelf could not sit correctly. Had to substitute with own screws!

Messed up two deliveries - one sent to the billing address in the midlands rather than the delivery address in London. Second they delivered a table rather than a bench. Half hearted apology and when I asked for some type of compensation the best they could offer was 10% off an item. Pathetic

Easy to order, kept up to date with progress and delivered on time! Great quality bench legs which my husband attached to an old oak worktop to make the bench & it looks great.

Order from the site, came very quickly and was exactly what I was looking for. Great value for money

Sturdy! It s a first word that comes into my mind when i m thinking about my table! And the quality is stunning! Definitely recommended to all of my friends and family! Basically, it’s a table that if you hit it ,let s say by mistake, the table won’t move! And i love that - No drinks spilled on!
