Ordered a customised table which was slightly bigger than the standard size, was delivered already assembled & within 3 weeks. Very impressed with the quality of the wood, really happy with my purchase. Contact with Rusticland was good, always responding to questions I had.

The quality is superb, it feels sturdy and luxurious, and the choice of wood finishes is fantastic— managed to get a finish that matches my existing furniture.
Delivery was way ahead of schedule, which was a very nice surprise!

We absolutely love our new dining table from Rusticland. It was delivered ready assembled so no faffing around. The quality is really good and it looks great in our dining room. Very happy indeed and would recommend.

I ordered a dining table & bench, followed by a record-player stand, and then another record-player stand.

All items were as expected in terms of look, finish and dimensions, based on the photographs and description on the website.

The turn-around time was good on all three occasions compared to order times from other places I've used that build to order.

The items were well-packaged with cardboard, bubble-wrap and edge protectors. I'm pleased this wasn't overdone as packaging can be difficult to dispose of.

Recommened if you are looking for the reclaimed wood look.

Really good floating shelves, very good material and worth the money. It can be fixed to concrete wall and plaster board but needs specific screws. Thanks

I am very pleased with the product and appears to be well made however the sales and after sales process leaves a lot to be desired. I had slight damage to one table and having gone through a traumatic delivery process did not want to send back and wait for redelivery. Not receptive to alternatives and very blunt e mail responses from the customer support team.

The quality of the item is fantastic and it looks amazing. Great communication from the supplier. Delivery method was reliable and kept me informed of estimated delivery time. Item was well packaged with cardboard on the top and bubble wrap around all metal parts to prevent damage in transport. Can't fault supplier and delivery, exceeded expectations. Beautiful piece of furniture, highly recommended.
