Just changed to these people from another main brand and their delivery service.
They are faster, more polite on the phone and the ileostomy bag I have changed to (Confidence BE Drainable Soft Convex) is comfortable and so far no problems with.

Stress and sad to ride on medilink, something happened in family due to I was using my mobile phone to talk family however bus driver was keep complaining about it, keep telling not use phone,I understand it can distract but I was not even talking loudly,I was trying to keep my voice lower, still he stop bus stop at Newlyn drive and didn't open the door,was starting complaining,I told him family something happened so I was on the phone still he was complaining not opening door, I'm stressed now to take medilink,is there any rules not allowed to use phone on the bus,they sound sign it,Not fair.

I usually speak to Jo when requesting a new order to place a repeat prescription with our doctor and invariably contact me to confirm the prescription has been received and the order has been placed. Also receive a text message detailing when the order will be delivered. Salts Medilink has made a huge positive difference in not having to worry about repeat orders and always get an email when their records indicate may need to reorder. Thanks to everyone a the Brighton branch - amazing service.
Faultless service for Stoma products drliveries
My wife has now been receiving supplies from the Manchester depot of SaltsMedilink, for her stomach supplies, for 18 months. We moved from using Fittleworth due to their appalling service. Working with Medilink has been a breath of fresh air.
Of the 18 deliveries we've ordered 17 have arrived perfectly and for the one that had an item missing, this was delivered the following day.
The staff (Cheryl) on the phone and email are friendly and helpful.
We wished that we had used Medilink from day one and we would recommend them to anyone.
Good deliveries / woeful communication support and advice
Delivery usually within 7 working days. However, communication about availability of products and or alternatives is woeful. Ordered regular supplies to be told they are now discontinued.
Have been left with 4 days supply of Stoma bags and no suitable alternative in place. Will now have a visit to the Stoma nurse to selct another alternative. Wasting the time of NHS stoma nurses and mine. Needless stress and hassle for everyone except them. Great until you have a problem, then you find customer service is extremely limited.

I have been using the lung spray for over a month now and plan on continuing to do so. I feel much less congested, breath easier, and coughing is more productive. Good stuff.

Had the best experience with Medilink today. Switched over from a previous provider of my stoma products (Fittleworth). They were my supplier 5 years ago. Always answer the phone customer service is exceptional.
Customer Service as it should be
In desperate search for a new supplier of my urostomy bags, following poor service from my current provider,
I sent an e-mail with several questions I had to Medilink before registering with them.
I was shocked to receive an email reply within hours - not 7 days later which is how long it takes for my current provider to reply to e-mails. Not only that, but the e-mail answered all my questions.
I have now registered with Medilink. I received a warm and friendly welcome from my local Medilink, along with confirmation that a electronic prescription has been set up for me with my GP; reassured me on delivery timings and actual delivery; and asked if I wish to place my first order, which I have now done.
This is Customer Service as it should be. A company which cares and has already done much to relieve some of the stress I have been under through the poor service by my current - soon to be previous - supplier.
I would especially thank Ashleigh and Annette at Medilink for their help, empathy, and understanding, and proving a solution to my previous problems and issues; and look forward to being a Medilink customer for some time to come.

The best communication experience
I have to say the staff I've dealt with at Medilink/ Salts are honestly the best telephone query/order experiences I've ever had -period. They are always so helpful polite and patient. Never felt rushed or a chore to call them however many times I called.

One area that was a little poor is not answering the freephone number. This number is used for orders and queries. However there is an email option,and they always reply.
