Horrible behaviour from 2 church goers from Morecambe Salvation Army . They turned up at my sisters office, pushed past her and barged in. Called her names and accused her of being a bully to one of your members. Disgraceful behaviour from Church goers.

I absolutely love this shop. 10/10 amazing customer service, never been let down i buy all my clothes and gorgeous jewellery from here all like £5 under i also buy opened makeup from here and it is actually so good never caused me any problems “. would recommend you go here for your shop. Bought my birthday dress and decorations from here ready for my 14th bitrthday party with all my best friends for life💀💀💀

Absolutely horrendous!!!
My ex partner is in the care of salvation army and he is a serious risk of self H***.
I rang staff tonight to check on him as he said he was going to do something bad to himself and I couldn't get back hold of him over the phone.
So I rang staff to go check on him just to see if he was OK and I had a male member off staff bascially calling me a liar down the phone.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Absolutely shocking.

Time I rang was about 5 to 12 midnight. May want to have a word with the male member of staff on there tonight.
Spoke to me like I was crap under his shoe and called me a liar.
Thankfully a lady came on the phone eventually and said she would go check on him!!!!

Imagine calling someone a liar who is scared that someone may harm themselves under their care!!!!!!! Imagine in the time it took for him messing me around over the phone and over talking me and just wouldn't listen to me, that in that time the person I called over would of harmed themself to the point it's irreversible.
I'm disgusted.
Get that male member of staff some training or taught how to speak to people!!!! How dare he!!!!!

Im someone who is working for a living and just trying to help my ex partner through addiction and who was genuinely scared about someone's welfare and that man made me feel absolutely horrible.
He needs to lose his job or get some training.
Im still in shock at how awful I've just been spoken to over the phone.
Literally alls he kept saying to me was just be honest with me, tell me the truth.
He kept asking who I was and I was telling him exactly who I was and he was calling me a liar!!!
I've never experienced anything like that before and he should be ashamed of himself!!!
He should NOT be working in this line of work. Who are you employing to run these places!?!??

I hope the call was recorded so that you can listen back on it and see how polite I was and how gobsmacked I was over how I was spoken to. I've never been spoken to like that in my life.
That man should not be working there, he is unfit for this line of work. Clearly could not be bothered doing his job and it's down to them to be doing the care as night staff. I hope nobody loses their life in that place due to the poor care these people are giving to the residents. I will be reporting this further tomorrow. I am absolutely horrified.

I went on trustpilot to get reviews for The Salvation Army with a view to donate on a monthly basis. I am in total shock. Previously I thought The Salvation Army was a wonderful charity and appeared to do much good for so many, but to read reviews and find that 80% of the reviews were one star is appalling and also upsetting. Has the Salvation Army ethos always been so dreadful or is it only recently that this terrible state of affairs has occurred. I have given money in the past on an ad hoc basis, but decided I wanted to give regularly every month, having read all these awful reviews, I will no longer consider donating any money to this charity.

I was suppose to have a pickup on April 5th between 2:30 and 3:30 and they never showed up. When I called they made some excuse about being backed up…bull…now today is April 6th and the pickup time was between 9:30 and 10:30 . It is 11:00 and no one has shown up yet. I will not be using Salvation Army ever again in life

Never in my life will l donate to this place again so called fully trained staff what l experienced today these so called professionals how they have been treating my daughter who by the way is very vulnerable and has suffered serious mental health issues literally bullying her actually left her in freezing temperatures outside the place never even tried to help her disgusting even threats made to her from staff ( saying to her it's a good job he isn't in a aggressive mood ) and you talk about compassion. Well you know what you need training in mindfulness how you treat people your in the wrong job mate. you didn't know me or nothing about the situation l was not on your premises to be told to do one. Asoon as l get the right names l will be reporting you a grown man( staff) insulting and using threatening behaviour to a young vunurable girl you should be ashamed of yourselfs l will make sure family and friends never donate again and anyone else l know that does wont be either never in my life would l treat anybody like you have horrible man

We had a name brand mattress to donate that was only eight months old and taken very well care of that cost us $1500.00. This mattress looked brand new, We even covered and put something under it to store it until Salvation Army could come pick it up.
When they picked it up they threw it in the back of the truck and Slid it to the front. When they lifted it up , it was completely black and unusable. My wife wound up in tears.
This completely changed my view of the salvation army. We will find another way to donate.

They trying their hardest to help everyone they have good people working for them I appreciate their service

I am a regular at our local SA shop in Redditch For a while now there has been tension between the SA officer and the manager so much that the manager has left On her last day the officer and another volunteer decided to close the shop at 12 The two of them herded us customers out shouting and rushing us out The manager refused to close and an argument ensued It was so unpleasant These two turned the managers last day into mayhem Demanding the manager joined these two no other volunteers to a leaving party She refused and justly so The vitriolic behaviour of these two against a lady who customers are sad to see go The week before this happened a friend of the manager had gone into the shop for the first time and in front of her three of them the officer and two volunteers had talked in a derogatory way against the manager For whatever reasons the manager acted in a professional manner removed herself into the back of the building while these two were heard pleading and crying I heard the one shout Well you have disrespected me
This is all disgraceful behaviour I and several others will not be supporting the SA any more We all wish the manager well in her new job she did not deserve that horrible display I have never been ordered out of anywhere Deciding to close a charity shop for a Staff Outing as put on the door which only consisted of these two bullies and the manager is at least bizarre If anyone should leave it should be the Officer

Wasting people’s time for collection. Numbers of funny rolls, expecting things that mostly unable in sydney, such as providing parking for big truck. drive way is not good for stopping,they do not using side ally . Items must be dismantled …....at collection day without informing by causing parking space cancelling! They may living in moon or villages and don’t have any idea about sydney. What a time waster.

how this charity wastes your donations. I've had 3 unwanted unneeded junk mail letters delivered by the Royal Mail this week through my letterbox. All exactly the same. All begging for money. All directly went into the blue waste paper bin to be recycled.
I don't know if the Royal Mail get paid for doing this but its a waste of charity money, a waste of paper and its an invasion of my privacy. Unsolicited mail. No doubt I will get some more before Christmas.

Selling fake "game worn" NBA jerseys. I saw their eBay auction of Udonis Haslem game worn jersey. The jersey had a MeiGray patch with a serial number. I contacted MeiGray and provided the serial number of the jersey. Turns out the jersey was never game worn. The worst part is that I messaged them right away and sent the screenshot of MeiGray reply. I got no response, they didn't take the auction down, didn't update the details of the auction to clarify that the jersey is not actually game worn.

I contacted my local Salvation Army today in the hope of some help. I am 69, live on my own and only have state pension as income. I'm having to pay £482 monthly for external redecoration to my leasehold flat. I also have to pay £167 monthly service charge plus other priority bills etc. I also have 2 toilets that don't flush properly and I'm have to collect soiled toilet paper in plastic bags . No one should have to live like this. The Salvation Army said they couldn't help as they only do food parcels. They didn't even offer any advice and didn't seem to really care. They are supposed to be a Christian organisation but certainly didn't come across as very Christian

Here we go again. Another expensive TV ad asking people to donate £19 to buy clothes for homeless but why don't they give these homeless people the clothes they collect for free, why do they have to sell them to overseas customers when they know there are people here in need of these clothes, or people at the top are now demanding higher salaries and they need to fund these salaries. It is time someone starts investigating the Salvation Army and look into the source of funding they receive from overseas customers

Incompetent, rude. I had a couch to donate so scheduled a pickup. Waited 4 weeks. They wanted it outside in the driveway for their convenience. Sat here half a day waiting on them. Never heard a truck pull up but I got a call from dispatch later saying they wouldn't accept the couch due to "rips and stains" . When I told him somebody was lying, he said he had pictures from his driver to prove it. THERE ARE NO RIPS AND ONLY A SMALL COFFEE STAIN IN THE CORNER. So apparently they only take items in new condition because this is a nice couch other than than the small stain. I'm sure I will have no problem selling the couch I just thought a needy person could use it.

Donated to Barnsley. A lot of expensive quality items in good condition. ZERO acknowledgment from staff. Rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and arrogant attitude. Not one thank you! Not even a smile! Never again!!!!
