I’ve had 2 x orders from Sanreva with no problem. Arrived within timescales specified and order spot on. They do take about 7-10 days to arrive so I have to be organised to make sure I don’t run out of supplements, but it’s worth it because the price is so low. One thing I buy is almost 1/3 of the price of Amazon so it’s definitely worth it.

The worst business I have ever seen. Instead of making customers' purchases easier, they will make it harder or worse.
I have ordered 2 different items. They informed me that one of them is out of stock, even though it was available on website. Instead of offering a substitution with different brand, they just send the other item and waiting me to pay for another item again. And the shipping is not usually low,

I just wanted to write a review as I personally think Sanareva are very good. I placed my order on the 18th and products were despatched on 19th and tracking number for Royal Mail was provided. It did take a few days to reach Royal Mail but that’s understandable as products coming from Europe and people need to bear this in mind. All in all am very happy especially as much cheaper than here in the UK!! I will definitely use Sanareva again.

In late February I ordered two bottles of PARAKITO anti mosquito spray. Sanareva replied asking for photographic evidence of my address and my identification. They wanted a photocopy of my passport and an electricity bill. My grown up children advised me strongly against sending this information. The company emailed me 3 times with this request and each time I replied saying I was not prepared to send these documents and requesting a refund.
All went quiet so I rang my credit card company and they advised me how I could retrieve my money. I wrote to Sanareva telling them that is what I planned to do. My next credit card statement showed they had taken the money. I received my anti mosquito spray on 21st May. This was 3 months after my order and 8 weeks after I had returned from the holiday I needed the spray for.
Do not use Saraeva.

23£ for melatonin tablets which would be great IF I KNOW WHATS GOING ON. DO NOT USE!

J’ai fais une commande sur leur site pour 48 euros de produits. Je commande de UK, apparement ma commandé à été expédier et « perdu  » après 3 semaines j’ai du leurs envoyé un mails pour savoir où était ma commande.. je crois bien même que il expédie de Chine, c’est un site arnaqueur 100% et il répondent aux mails tout les 3 semaines avec chance et ils m’ont fait croirent qu’ils allait me rembourser mais m’ont fait aucun remboursement ni aucune réponse depuis que je leur est dit que oui ils peuvent me rembourser sur mon compte bancaire, ou me renvoyé un nouveau colis. J’aurais vraiment du aller checké les avis avant de m’aventurer c’est des scammers. 🤮

I ordered on the 14th of April 6 boxes of pampers . I only received 2 . I have had no response when I have emailed..I am really disappointed with their service.

Placed an order earlier in April that NEVER ARRIVED After contacting 3x their customer service they asked me to wait 5days. Nothing happens - I've complained again after almost a month and they said they could send the products!! I had to file a dispute to get my money back and I AM STILL WAITING. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I used them for the first time as they sell French products. It took near two weeks for them to take action and send the order.
Part of my order were food items. They had sent me expired items that tasted horrible. I contacted them via the website and by email, to include photo attachments showing that the items had expired by at least one year. They replied asking the same questions again: order no and photos, which we sent for the 3rd time but they didn't bother to reply or to take action. Never again. Simply avoid and spare yourselves disappointments, frustrations and waste of money.
The reply from Sanareva is not truthful. On top of being inefficient, selling expired products, they are liars, too.
All information has been sent to them, to include the order no. What more do they want? they never bother to reply or check emails. NEVER AGAIN. Simply AVOID

I have contacted them 5 times about a missing order and nothing. I am furious that they have my money and I have nothing to show for it. I am taking legal action.

Do not order from this website. Placed an order on 23 March and still not received my order nor have i received a refund! Been told the parcel was lost in transit, i could reorder, get refund or credit on account. Emailed them asking if i reordered how long would it take, had no response whatsoever! So Sanereva... If you're reading this (as you're not responding to my emails) I want a full refund!

I’ve got my box about 10 days after purchase, and it’s fine because the products comes from outside UK. I was worry in the beginning because I read some reviews complaining about the shipping time. Don’t worry, Sanareva is a serious business and they have amazing products/offers. I already made another order!! Thank you so much!!!! Samuele

Disgusting, ordered one month ago and no order delivered. Chose to be delivered to my workplace, no delivery received. Please return my money right away. You keep sending me emails about a delivery i didn t receive. I am waiting for my refund right away. Better to order from somewhere else, please avoid this website. Is definetly a scam. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I’m sad that this company have such a low rate on trustpilot as I personally had a great experience my order arrived on time and complete.
I will order again :)

My first time of using Sanareva i ordered and paid for 6 tubes of toothpaste. They delivered 5 in good time. I sent them an email informing them of the shortfall and they requested a signed letter and a copy of my driving licence , which i did. I then heard nothing from them. They still owe me for one tube of toothpaste and don't seem to be interested in settling up with me. Won't be using them again.

Very easy to order. Prices and promotions are really competitive. Definitely I would recommend. Some products are 50% cheaper than other websites.

Incredibly efficient dispatch and delivery service and seemingly good quality products.

If i could put less then 1 star i would, 60% of reviews are awful.
I ordered with a different email.
Tried reviewing on their site and my review was refused. charged me over £10 for delivery of a small item, ordered on the 12th received on the 26th, after multiple messaged back and forth i am now speaking with someone who says "Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated.
Therefore, your parcel was not a week late."
Its like they can't just acknowledge that my product needed this Ingredient and it was that late i had to purchase from else where so i want to return for a refund....just boycott the company, once the postage fee is applied its a lot cheaper elsewhere. Let me guess what their reply will be . "Our despatch system takes 48 hr and postage is 6 days, rubish robotic answer" your company's laughable, this review section proves it. I have orders of over £3000 going out a month with my other buisness, i tried a new Ingredient from them. Never again.
