I haven't received my parcel and haven't been able to track it down either. I emailed and sent several messages on Facebook as well, however Sanareva has not replied to me. I waited patiently 48 working hours and still nothing. I will never buy here and won't recommend this company to anyone again.

I ordered on 27/06/2022 and I didn't receive the parcel. I texted to them many times and they don't answer me. I want refund but nobody answer....

Horrible company. Extortionate delivery costs but the customer service doesn't exist. Steer clear!

estafadores. 3 semanas para recibir pedido y me dicen que la empresa de transporte lo habrá perdido y no se responsabilizan

increible que puedan operar en la UE y que un banco les de soporte de pago de tarjetas.

actualizacion tras 4 semanas.Es el pedido 400153980 el 28 de junio. Tras varios emails me dicen que el pedido les ha llegado devuelto a almacen y que me lo cancelan y hacen reembolso. Lo primero es que no han hecho el reembolso y lo segundo es que quiero que me manden el pedido. Las respuestas que dan por email estan vacias de informscion, son de copia y pega para que conste con respondido y poco mas, y han tardado 3 semanas en darme una respuesta final que es de broma. Si verdaderamnete hubiera llegado devuelto lo que tienen que hacer es hablar con la empresa de transporte y asegurarse de que hacen bien el trabajo y mandar al cliente su mercancia y no cancelar todo despues de un mes de espera. por las conservaciones mantenidas y la falta de credibilidad de hecho dudo mucho que la mercancia haya sido enviada en un principio.La peor atencion al cliente postventa que he tenido jamas.

Cela m'a prit qu' 1 semaine pour être délivré mais moins d'une semaine et 1 jour comme ils l'ont préparé Lundi je crois.
Je pense que c'est toujours bien vu qu'il y a le problème de Brexit à ce qui paraît.
C'est incroyablement super pour ceux qui ne vivent pas en France et qui veulent se procurer des produits de qualité Français.
Malgré que pour moi cela s'est bien passé donc m'a satisfaite , vu certains commentaires ce serait bien d'améliorer votre service .Pourquoi ne pas donner plus d'informations sur la livraison tel que le point de départ ,sur tout ce qui se fait en temps et en heure et donner une carte de traçage etc vu que la poste ne le prescrit pas ?svp quelque chose comme Amazon ? Svp Merci et répondez aux emails même si moi je n'ai jamais consulté qui que ce soit par email .Je rappelle qu'ils m'ont été délivré en 1 semaine de Vendredi à Samedi .
Et bon courage à tous pour l'indépendance du Royaume uni .

Order number: 200357857. I placed a medical ointment last week and paid a very expensive postage for such a small order as I desperately needed to use it in time. Unfortunately i haven’t received the order yet and I have not been able to track the order. Terrible. communication service and customer service and a big disappointment! I May ask you for a full refund as well as the postage cost to my account asap possible. Order was received teo weeks later when I couldn’t use to see the benefit any longer as had to purchase something else for my treatment. The way of service delivery and customer care is very poor and shambolic! That is all O could say. I just received an email from your website review team today and that they deleted my review and they want me to leave you positive reviews? I don’t understand if a customer is not happy and you have mislead them how they possibly can leave you anything positive if you don’t even acknowledge the fault and don’t take any steps to make things better? I didn’t even care about leaving a review. It was your own team who sent me an email and asked for my opinion and I genuinely just said a honest and the fair opinion about my own experience with you. Maybe anyone who reads this should also bare these in mind!!

This company is fradulent. They sent me an empty box and when I asked them to refund me the amount they refused and now asking me for my ID and hand written letter with my original signature. Has anyone in the past asked for this kind of information ??? Avoid this company at all costs. I am surprised that Police has not already started investigation against these Online fraudsters. Do not deal with them , the moment you will them your credit card information you will be at risk.

They have still not returned the money inspite of me sharing the letter from Royal mail stating that the box was received by them in an open state.

I would advise anybody reading this review to stay away from this website! I ordered some products about two weeks ago and I tried to contact them regarding an issue with the delivery and they failed to respond to my concerns or messages. I contacted them using every platform day have an account on, yet they did not take any time to respond. I am now left with my money taken and the product returned to them. No one reached out to me regarding my order and I don’t think anybody will at this point.

Please do not waste your time and money on this website, it is most likely a scam or at least he incredibly disorganised and careless company.

This is an absolute joke. Ordered 2 weeks ago, with my order staying stuck as « processing » on the website and no reply from customer service. I received three times an email asking for my personal details to confirm my order and I did send my personal data three times (passport + proof of address)!!!
Check your emails properly or your junk box because I don’t want the same reply as the other person here that « you tried to contact me several time »
Do an email research with order 200355078 and you will find all the emails I’ve sent you so far!

I can see the number of person that have been scammed and this is not ok. I advice everyone that sees this review to do like me and contact citizen advice in the Uk to have legal advice and don’t let this company keep scamming again!

No customer service when something goes wrong they simply do not reply.

IVE BEEN SCAMMED!!!!!
They sent me an empty bottle of product and then asked me for my personal ID! They didn't acknowledge previous emails to contact them.
NEVER, EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

9952340 on April the 9th and nothing back, this business is a total scamming business and should be avoided at all costs. This is 1 way of how scammers make money, by stealing from poor vulnerable people. Avoud avoid avoid

I have place an order for over 200£ and never received. Totally scam company run by thief's. Do not buy from them .

no answer to my emails no refund.

He realizado un pedido el día 9 de junio. Hoy a día 21 de junio (12 días después) sigo sin haber recibido mi pedido. He preguntado a Sanareva y me comentan que ya lo tendría que haber recibido pero, por ahora, ni reembolso ni tengo el producto...
Además, es un producto muy caro. Y que este en algún lugar a medio camino a 40 y pico grados altera su calidad...

I didn't read the trust pilot reviews until after I had ordered from this site, and I only looked because I hadn't received an order confirmation email and was concerned. However order arrived within the week and was very well packaged. Based on this and the price of the items in comparison to other sites I would use this company again.

Al recibir la respuesta indicada abajo se hace apología a la falsificación de los productos siendo erronea esta información ya que mi comentario se basa en el servicio que ofrecéis al cliente. Que es un servicio tardío y poco profesional. Mi compra NO se realizó por lo tanto no salgo reflejada como cliente ya que pude evitar comprar gracias a las quejas de vuestros SI clientes, no soy clienta gracias a ello. Un saludo y solucionen estos problemas para poder tener la categoría que merece una empresa con estos productos.
