Absolute joke Sandown Poole
Absolute joke , booked a test drive ( 2 weeks in advance ) after some difficulty as Sandown Poole wanted us to test drive a similar car but nota hybrid ( and could not get my name correct ?).
Received a call two days ago to confirm all OK , today another call....car is now not available. Sales person did not really offer any apology or suggest a new appointment.

We would definitely recommend talking to Liam. He was very polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and took the time to find out what we really needed and after we'd chosen a car, he went through all of it's features, which I probably wouldn't have bothered with, but now I'm really enjoying. He also made car shopping with 2 children as easy as it could be, which we really appreciated.
The showroom had nice toilets, including a baby change unit which was very useful.

I have deal with some car sales men who have been questionable to say the least and Tom has helped restore my faith a little! So thank you! Also love the follow up check in! I purchased a EQA exactly 1 year ago, had the first service and it came back with the Tyers needing to be replaced in 6 months! The car hasnât even done 4000 miles! I know itâs electric and heavy but replacing at 6000 miles! Come on!
I was also told the wipers need replacing, the car is a year old and it hasnât rained for 6 months! it all just feels like a massive con on a supposed luxury brand, I have had a number of cars from Audi in the past all turned out to be great cars but the service had gone down hill which is why I decided on a Mercedes, big mistake I feel now, they are not the brand they once were.
The staff at the centre were great and very helpful, just let down by the brand
