Amazing experience at Sandown Newbury
My experience at Sandown Newbury was amazing from start to finish. Maya helped answer all my worries and did multiple quotes for me to make sure the decision I made was the best for my family and I. We purchased the Chery Tiggo7 Summit and couldn’t be happier with the car! The atmosphere in the showroom is warm and all the family felt like we were welcome there.
The whole team at Sandown are approachable, friendly and at the end of the phone for any after sales questions too. Maya, Andy and Bradley and all the team helped me so much and it is really appreciated.

I visited Mercedes Poole for buy approved used A200 car and was completely blown away by the level of service. Greg Chaldecott who was my sales executive went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt valued as a customer. They were incredibly patient, professional, and attentive from start to finish. It is rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its clients this much. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning!

Saturday Showroom Visit
Spent a few hours on a Saturday in the business as I am in the market for a new car. I was looked after very well, sales person David was vert attentive, refreshments being offered frequently. Still considering a purchase and if I go with Chery, I would definitely be going to Newbury.

Fantastic experience, excellent service
Fantastic experience buying a used vehicle from Sandown Mercedes in Guildford. The customer service was exceptional. Our sales person Cheyan was so good at walking us through the process and went above and beyond in keeping us informed at every stage. The vehicle was prepped and ready for us to collect in good time, all the extras we wanted were done. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a vehicle from a reputable business. We have recently purchased our first Kia, and if the vehicle proves to be as impressive as the customer service we received, I know we will be delighted.
From my very first phone call to the Salisbury dealership through to the final handover, the experience was exceptional. Oliver, who looked after us throughout the process, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful at every stage. He took the time to answer all our questions, provided clear and honest advice, and never once made us feel under pressure or subjected to a hard sales approach.
The dealership offered a range of options and services, some of which we chose to take advantage of, but we always felt the decision was ours. The focus was on helping us make the right choice rather than simply making a sale, which was greatly appreciated.
I was also impressed by the support from the wider management team. Both Sam and Scott took the time to ensure we were happy with the service we had received and that everything met our expectations. Their genuine interest in customer satisfaction speaks volumes about the culture and professionalism of the dealership.
Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I have had. The entire team provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Salisbury Kia dealership to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused experience.
