We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive for your test drives and find that the vehicles were not available despite having received a confirmation. We're also disappointed to hear that you had to chase for updates regarding your delivery and that the agreed cosmetic work was not fully completed when the vehicle was handed over.
Your comments highlight areas where we need to improve, particularly around communication, appointment coordination, and ensuring all promised preparation work is completed before delivery. We are, however, sorry to learn that your collection experience did not meet expectations. We understand that waiting almost two and a half hours to collect your vehicle would have been frustrating, particularly when you're excited to take delivery of your new car. We also appreciate your comments regarding the charging cable and mats, and we understand how helpful it would have been to know in advance that these items were not included.

We're equally disappointed to hear that you're still waiting for the test drive incentives and prize you were promised. We completely understand your view that this should not require additional follow-up on your part.

Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us identify areas where we can improve communication and the overall customer experience.
