I tried Savewizard on a PS4 save game (retail) and when added back to my PS4 it wiped all my saved game files. I requested a refund and they have refused. I used it once and it wiped my save games.
Do not buy this product it is a Scam and AmEx Protection does not protect you from this scammer.
They have refused my refund of $59.99 for a piece of junk software.

Ich habe im Oktober 2018 eine Lizenz bei Save Wizard gekauft, die ausdrücklich als "unlimitiert" (Lifetime) beworben wurde – das wurde mir auch per E-Mail bestätigt. Nach Jahren der Nutzung wurde der Key nun einfach gesperrt, ohne Vorwarnung, ohne Rückerstattung.

Jetzt soll ich für eine neue Lizenz bezahlen, die nur noch 2 Jahre gültig ist. Das ist nichts anderes als Vertragsbruch und eine bewusste Täuschung der Kunden.

Ich habe alle Nutzungsbedingungen eingehalten – und werde trotzdem wie viele andere langjährige Kunden gezwungen, nochmal zu zahlen.

Ich kann jedem nur raten: Hände weg von diesem Anbieter. Wer seine Versprechen so rückwirkend bricht, ist nicht vertrauenswürdig.

Der eine Stern ist jetzt nur dafür, weil das Programm gut funktionierte und ich auch keine Null Sterne geben kann.

Lifetime license revoked – completely unacceptable!

I purchased a license from Save Wizard in October 2018, clearly advertised and confirmed as "lifetime" in the email. After years of use, my license key was suddenly deactivated without warning or refund.

Now I'm being asked to buy a new license, which only lasts 2 years. This is a clear breach of contract and deliberate deception of customers.

I followed all the rules and used the product fairly – yet like many long-time users, I’m being forced to pay again.

My advice: Stay away from this company. If they break their own promises years later, they cannot be trusted.

The one star is only because the program worked well and I can't give it zero stars.

SCAM! WHEN I PURSHASED IT IN 2018 IT SAID LIFETIME SUPPORT. TODAY I TRIED TO USE IT AND FOUND OUT THE KEY EXPIRED

Paid £50 for lifetime access to their software and today they emailed me to say that if I want to keep using it I need to buy it again which is breach of contract and consumer legislation

I am disabled and £50 is a lot of money and I feel like I’ve had my money stolen

Make promises of "no subscription", "lifetime access", and one time payment. Then "make the hard decision" to pull "license rights" on your access to what you purchased under those advertisements. They will then "invite" you to pay again to renew access.
They're just a greedy group of people abusing licensing laws to fleece their "customers." This is the definition of misleading and false advertising.
It's a shame cause someone there is a mild to decent programmer. Too bad it's a business full of selfish and immoral leadership.

What a joke! I was promised a lifetime subscription back 2019, and now it's expired. This is a complete rip-off and I am incredibly dissatisfied.

As many have stated, this company sold software licenses under the premise that they were a one time purchase. Well at some point they decided to alter that agreement and put a 5 year limit on the license. This is a bad business practice due to their shortsightedness. Because of the fact that they cannot replicate this service for the ps5, this has been the only way they can generate revenue from a sunsetting product. With fewer and fewer PS4 games being released, I am sure they are seeing a dwindling number of new accounts being purchased. SaveWizard decided to cut off those of us that had owned lifetime license even when I showed I them a email where messaged them prior to my purchase where I specifically asked if this was a lifetime purchase. If they are desperate enough to do this now, what else will they do to customers as they keep trying to squeeze as much as they can out of a last gen console?

Don't trust them, I bought a lifetime key in 2016-2017, and they changed their terms recently, refusing to grandfather me in as a lifetime user, and just today expired my "lifetime" key.

I have never felt such blatant disrespect from a company who announced this theft as if it brought them a "heavy heart", and not a "heavy wallet" I won't be buying a new key, and I recommend instead of wasting money buy a modded PS4, or contact someone who does.. The community is more then happy to do everything PS4 Max would have, and more.

This website sold me and many others a product labelled at a "one time payment" and "unlimited access" with "no subscription". Only to revoked access years later. This in my opinion is false advertising. I reached out only to be ignored. But judging from other people's reviews it seems a response would just be an insult anyway. I would highly recommend not buying from a company like this. This sort of malpractice is disgraceful treatment of loyal fans and the company should be disgusted with themselves.

They change lifetime key purchase - to 5 years expiration....not worth it. Support does not respond to emails....You cannot hex edit games that are not supported in there database. Realy rip-off for the monney

Habe eine PS4 MAX Lizenz für 54€ gekauft, welches beworben wurde mit "unlimitierter Zugriff".
Habe Ende des Monats (Nov.24) eine Mail bekommen, dass der Key nun abläuft und ich es neu Kaufen müsste, damit ich es nutzen kann.

Hier ein Abschnitt der Mail von 2019:
"Your allowance

Unlimited access to the full library of supported games and cheats of Save Wizard For PS4 MAX .

Once a PSN ID has been registered, it cannot be removed for at least 30 days. For more information, please consult the manual."

Hier auch schwarz auf weiß, dass es ein "Unlimited access" Key war und nicht nur für 5 Jahre!
Wirklich ein No-Go was die abziehen.

Der Vertreiber basteln sich etwas zusammen, was ihm passt. Wirklich ganz schlechter Stil!

I have been utilizing Save Wizard for approximately 4 months to enhance my experience with “Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree” on the PlayStation 4. Initially, the software functioned seamlessly, allowing me to apply cheats without any issues. However, midway through the game, I noticed that the previously applied cheats ceased to function. Despite following the same procedures as before to reapply them, I have been unsuccessful.

I have attempted to reach out to the save wizard support team for assistance but have not received a response addressing the core issue. I am seeking their expertise to resolve this matter promptly, but unfortunately it hasn’t been solved, it seems they’re not taking it seriously!

Es wird kein Lizenz-Key verschickt! Geld vermutlich weg.
Ich habe vor über 2 Wochen einen Save Wizard Key gekauft und direkt per Paypall bezahlt. Bis heute keine Reaktion. Weder über die Kontaktformulare auf der Homepage noch per E-Mail direkt.
Die Seite scheint jeglichen Support eingestellt zu haben. Lediglich die Zahlungsabwicklung funktioniert noch, um gutgläubige Personen um ihr Geld zu betrügen.
Verfahren über den Paypal-Käuferschutz läuft. Sitz des Unternehmens ist in China. Daher werde ich mein Geld vermutlich nicht mehr sehen. Bitte nicht kaufen!

So disappointed. This was a very good product and I had a lot of faith in this company when I purchased this key from them. When I purchased this back in 2019 I had the option to pay for a lifetime support and a one-off purchase. Unfortunately this year when trying to use the software that I purchased I was told that my license key had expired. I emailed the company to try and find out what was going on and for help they explain to me that they had given me this product for 5 years which I should be grateful for and unfortunately if I want to carry on using their service I must purchase a new license key which isn't for life but 2 years support now. This is the biggest scam and a poor way to get money out of old customers. I don't know why they didn't just change it for just new customers and left old customers with their old licence keys. This is what you call greed and the downfall of this company I hope.

Vor einer Woche bestellt und direkt per PayPal bezahlt,es wird kein Key geschickt. Nur eine Email nach Androhung von rechtlichen Schritten wurde geantwortet und gesagt das sie die Aktivierungs Email nochmal schicken. Was auch nicht passiert ist. Es war weder was im Spam Ordner noch sonstwo. Das ist purer Betrug. Die Kommunikation ist wirklich das letzte. Von wegen schnelle Antworten. Lasst bloß die Finger von dieser Firma.

Ich habe mir das Programm geholt für Bloodborne auf der ps4, und muss sagen, dass ich absolut zufrieden bin.

klar, kam ich als erstes nicht damit klar, aber durch hilfe meines kollegen, kam ich relativ schnell klar damit.

Also wer vor hat sich das programm zu kaufen, sollte es aufjedenfall tun.
