Honestly dont bother buying. I bought a key 2 years ago and had no problems. Enjoyed it very much as a matter of fact.

I got an email today saying my key has “expired”. No where in the website it says that keys would expire. Then they got the gall to ask if I would like to purchase another key.

Seriously, save your $59.99 USD. It’s not worth it, especially now a lot of people got their keys revoked for no reason or worse, expired. I never heard of any company saying a key expired, it’s not even a subscription.

Customer service sucks and never received my code

I got this a while ago and when I tried to find my new key it had been deleted I contacted support but it has been a week and they haven't replied don't buy

Lizenz zurückgezogen, Support hat zuletzt vor 2 Jahren geantwortet, trotz monatlicher Anfrage. Software funktioniert zwar aber das ist Betrug und NICHT kundenorientiert!
Absolut schrecklich.

I have been using SW for quite a while, never had any issues. Then, the other day I lost my license key, it was basically my own fault I contacted their support, 3 days later they emailed me the key again.

Product works exactly as described, support replied in a timely manner, I cannot complain. May have been lucky ? Who knows.

Lost my licence and after several emails and over a month of no response they answered, then over a week between responses which eventually got me the code.

But given others reviews I feel fortunate

Lizenskey wurde einfach so zurückgezogen. PayPal Käuferschutz hilft nicht, da der Händler irgendwelche Beweise vorlegt (keine Ahnung was...) und Anwalt ist sinnlos, da es sich um eine Chinesiche Firma handelt...

Great product.. have been using for over 4 years. Never had issues since I follow the end user license agreement. That states it's for personal use and not to be shared. I don't use it for modding online games like GTA online since this Is against the EULA and I do not make saves to give it sell to people.

So my experience has been perfect. Thanks SW keep up the great work

Absolute robbing con artists!! Stay away from this company, they let you buy the product and use it for 6 months then revoke your key and after the 6 months you can’t claim your money back from PayPal! Absolute FRAUDS

Mein Schlüssel wurde ohne Begründung einfach deaktiviert.
!! This License key has been revoked !!

Jegliche Stellungnahme blieb unbeantwortet.
Somit ist das Geld futsch.

Da die Firma in Hongkong ihren Sitz hat, kann nicht mal mein Anwalt was diesbezüglich tun.

Avoid buying this product. It is a scam. I had installed SW on a PC, buyed a new one, tried to install it and my key was revoked.

Bought two , 3 slot keys back in 2019 . Tried to use them yesterday . Both revoked . I’ll be filing a dispute with PayPal . Regardless whether I get my money back or not , enough of us dispute , they won’t be able to use PayPal no more . That will slaughter them . Since they did this I’m sure they f’d their chances for ps5 save wizardz I loved this product and it was snatched from me

REVOKED KEY......

save wizard have revoked my key and when you see the notices they have revoked a lot of key. Very low service after 2 years of using the service ...

bruho i bought two legit keys for me n my friends and we kept doing stuff for long, turns out a few days ago got my key revoked outta nowhere

This is unacceptable. No clear indication or warning that going over this “sharing” limit can cause keys to be revoked. I have only used around 5 accounts on my save wizard (interchanged them monthly.) and sense i guess i did that too much to their liking, they revoked my key. I feel like they made sure to keep that part of tos very small so that i would accidentally skim over it, not thinking twice and they definitely didn’t bother to reiterate this in my email when i got the key. Hell, it even misleads you into thinking you can go over the limit by stating there’s a 30 day limit and that the use it “unlimited”… or well, unlimited until they want to give you the finger for using a feature of the program too much. Hopefully they give customers that warning more clearly in the future.

Your team has revoked my license key for literally no reason. I am deeply disappointed in your services and I regret ever having purchased your product.
