I ordered an aftershave for my son on 14th dec for next day delivery. Got email on 23rd to say had been dispatched. Still no delivery. Emailed to say I need a tracking number. Got a reply stating been dispatched with no tracking number. Still waiting......

They really are the best. Their service is first rate. Brilliant range of top class products at really competitive prices. I wouldn't use any other online seller.

Do not use this company the customer service is diabolical. I had an item which says it was delivered but no one will tell me where it was delivered to as I wasn't in but didn't leave anything through the door. All I got was go to your bank to get the money back. They don't care about customers. Please do not use.

Initially my delivery didn't reach me, (issues with courier leaving it and it going missing , no fault of scentsational) I complained regarding lack of receipt of perfume. They were courteous, efficient and resolute in their response, checking the provenance of my claim and dispatching it promptly after investigation.

No hesitation in using again, diligent and great products / prices look no further.

Ordered a perfume gift set, when it arrived the order was wrong and they had only sent the perfume. Have tried to contact them regarding the issue but have had no reply, was over a month ago, very poor

the manufactured date was the newest

it took only 2 days to have the parcel, it was international shipping.

I had a problem with delivery of an item. The tracking number was received but the Post Office info said the item was still expected days later and nothing was happening. Sent email and got response within an hour offering refund or the option to wait for more stock. Eventually I gave up waiting for stock and got a refund. The customer support I received was fine and prompt response by email was much appreciated.

Good service; quick delivery and item exactly as advertised.
