Fantastic customer service! After a slight muddle with a barcode error the wrong product arrived. Not only did their live chat immediately offer a resolution but the correct product arrived by 10am the next day! Polite, efficient and super helpful can highly recommend!

They are untrustworthy of operating as a whole company. This company are sulking of the fact i refused the parcel which is making them throw their toys out of their pram to even refund Me. I hate this company and how they operate. Also why dud I receive a random email to say i have been refunded when i have not received a refund confirmation email. Karma will slap them.

The service from this company is exceptional, however they need to reconsider their courier service; DHL. When ordering from scentsational their ordering process was adequate and stated that Hermes will be the courier service for this order. However I received an email the day after to confirm DHL will be the courier for my order. I have never received a parcel from DHL, so I was sceptical if they are reliable or not. Unsurprisingly this courier service is disgusting and a waste of space to even class themselves as a service. Through this opted courier service on behalf of scentsational, I will never order from here again, which is a shame as their offers available online are very good.

I placed an order on 20 August and paid extra for next-day delivery. On 20 August DHL informed me that delivery would be made on 21 August and that an email would be sent to me on the morning of 21 August giving me a time-zone for delivery. No such email was sent and, 4 days later, no delivery has been made. I have contacted Scentsational and DHL on several occasions but both are ignoring me. The order was for a birthday present on 22 August. Not good!

Great prices. Even though my items ended up being late, the customer service I received following this up was absolutely incredible! I will 100% be using you again and will recommend you.

Unfortunately this business seems to be a shambles! I have been waiting 10 days for my order. Apparently it has been lost by the delivery company. They said they would send another to me but then out of the blue, I received an email saying my order has been cancelled! I also had a payment issue which Richard was very unhelpful with. I felt like I was passed from pillar to post and it was quite stressful. I am awaiting my refund at present. To give a balanced view, I must credit Nish for being very open and apologetic when I spoke to him on the phone.

Customer service was splendid. Hermes misplaced my parcel yet I got a new delivery through DHL from Scentsational that arrived without issue. They have a wide selection of perfumes and as a collector I will purchase from here in the future.

I made an order on 15/07/20 it arrived on 20/07/20! The gift set I ordered was exactly as expected apart from a different picture on the box which is completely insignificant tbh and i am only mentioning for full transparency.
Richard from the live chat on the site was brilliant, as i was apprehensive having not used this company before, and answered all my questions perfectly, thanks again Richard.
I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again myself also.

Can someone please return a response to my email, I placed an order and money was taken from my account and have not received the perfume. I have called numerous times with no phone being answered, no email response.
If this cannot be fufilled I would like to request a refund.

Best Customer Service Ever!
Richard was amazing and helped me as I received a wrong set of clippers. Within minutes he talked me through the different options and I chose the best solution for me. I definitely will be ordering fron here again. Thank you once again Richard! Even during this Covid-19 crisis you have went above and beyond!

Awful! I purchased some clippers and waited 10 days still no delivery. Tracked my package and they had not even sent it out to Hermes. I emailed for a second time asking what was going on and got a reply to say they hadn’t received my first email and don’t know what’s happened with my package so it was refunded. Now I’ve waited a week up to now and still no refund! That’s now 17 days of wasted time. I just want my money back and won’t use this site again! Can you believe I just Had a sarcastic reply from a member of staff via email thanking me for my reviews but not addressing my issue! So unprofessional I asked for management email and guess what no reply now..

Product came damaged, product spilt everywhere & a hole in the top which was covered with some sort of tape. I contacted the website but have not heard anything! Won’t be shopping on the website again!

UPDATE: They replied to this post saying they would send out another but have not received anything.

I placed my order online on the 21st of December not expecting delivery until after Christmas but the package arrived within a couple of days. What a great service.

Easy to navigate website with a good selection. Bought perfume for my wife a few days before Christmas and delivery arrived on time. Thoroughly recommend scentsational to anyone looking for any aftershave/perfume.

Ordered from here for a Christmas present after searching for a certain fragrance and as they were cheaper than other websites such as allbueaty (who I’ve had a nightmare with in the past!) it came within a week!

I ordered last minute perfumes for Xmas as I was very busy. I was promised them next day and they did arrive as promised. I found the team efficient and extremely helpful. They understood my dilemma and made me feel at ease. Thank you to the team.
