Melanie as my Account Manager has understood my company’s needs and been very pro-active in her planning to improve our services. She has taken on board unique challenges we have & made sure contact with myself have been at times that are expected to be convenient.
Keian, the engineer who actioned our processes, was polite & helpful & spoke in easy to understand language, so I didn’t feel bombarded with Jargon that can happen so easily when speaking with someone more technically adept than myself. He also anticipated a need to change our telephone messages for the bank holiday & was proactive in enabling this.

Josh has been a great point of contact within SCG. Always passes on messages and calls back. Josh is always very informative and helpful with any requirements which we have. Reference 2955715

We have used SCG for quite a few years now in relation to our company mobiles. We were due an upgrade and Melanie attended at our office on numerous occasions to help with the transition. This wasn't easy, as many of our contracts had different dates and we wanted to align them all so future upgrades would be easier to navigate. Melanie was patient and understanding of our needs and because of this, the whole process went very well.

Luke resolved out phone outage issue very promptly. he called to advise what the issue was and that it had been resolved, great communication too.

Gareth was very knowledgeable and helpful and everything is all set up, thank you very much

All done quickly

My land line had been out of order since when I noticed it on Saturday 23 Aug. As it was a Bank holiday weekend I left it until today Tuesday 26 Aug to report it. I spoke initially to a help desk at 08:30 which raised my issue to an Engineer. I think it was around 13:30 when when I had a phone call from Matt letting me know the system had required re-booting from their end and it has worked perfectly since then.

Gareth was incredibly helpful, friendly and polite.
My request was dealt with immediately and i was emailed to confirm the changes.

I was very Impressed that they actually rang back to see if I was still connected

We replaced our phone system and our broadband and it was with great misgivings that I went in to this project but with Melanie Davidson's help and support it was, after all painless! From my diary ,we started talking to Melanie the week beginning 14th April and she was a hand holder throughout and is in touch regularly as our account manager to check all is well. All the team at SCG were excellent and I would recommend!

Gareth dealt with my telecoms request promptly and discussed what was required beforehand. Gareth tested everything thoroughly before going live with the amendments.
