Gareth realised that staff were not getting calls as for some reason signed out of the group. Quickly rectified and checked with us that he had resolved correctly so that calls were being received.

Setup was quick, and everything was ready to go without any issues. I really appreciated the proactive support, clear instructions, and follow-up from Gareth. It’s also great to have the desktop versions handy, especially while working from home. Overall, a very smooth experience with both the app and the customer service.

SCG SW have been exemplary in resolving a technical issue with our printer hardware that was threatening to derail our work. To know we have experts like Heinrich Grobler on call to help is a great relief and we have yet to encounter an issue that SCG SW haven't fixed with speed and professionalism. We are very satisfied with their service.
