Appalling customer service, they don't respond and don't count on doing a return because they have to provide the return details, which they don't. I was returning a pair of clogs that cost £146 and the studs were falling off within 2 weeks. If you can buy in this country do. Don't deal with Italy.

Hier ist ein Punkt noch zu viel! Artikel bestellt und nie erhalten. Auf meine schriftliche Anfrage beim Kundendienst habe ich außer einer Eingangsbestätigung nie eine Antwort erhalten. Werde dort nie mehr etwas bestellen und zukünftig auch nichts mehr von dieser Marke kaufen. Ich rate von Bestellungen bei diesem Unternehmen ab. Finger weg.

I also wish I’d read the reviews before I sent off for some shoes. Virtually impossible to return, no customs form, total rubbish customer service, can’t speak to anybody on the phone they don’t answer the emails total rubbish avoid all costs.

There is a blus gel for the hill , it is no glue , it did last one weak pretty much. Did unglued creati g a big hold at the hill . The padding is made of nothing , fall aprt when try to remove it . Totally junk , did need to replace the inside padding . I neever had good experience with Dr.SHOOLS.
The shoe is so tin , i fell the rocks and gravel ...
This shoe is if you CAN'T inverse or don't want to payd much .
This shoe , to my opinion is not recommend for active people . I buy cheep shoe because i get them durty quickly doing yard works and mecanic ...
I am handicap from a foot , i look for light wait...
I don't think Dr.SHOOLS will get me again .
The inside of the shoe wort nothing , get new padding right away if you buy these shoes . Feels apart in one week . I have pictures but i don't see where to install them on Trust Pilot ?purchase date is approximate.

J ai commandé une paire de sandalle la taille standard recommandé est trop petite et le service après vente laisse à désirer aucune réponse quand à la demande de mon code de retour demandé par mail pour les renvoyer gratuitement
Je vais donc les revendres sur vinted car si je leurs retourne à mes frais je ne suis pas sûr d être remboursé

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel für diesen miserablen Kundendienst. Ich hatte zwei paar Schuhe in gleicher Größe 40 bestellt, von denen eines viel zu eng war (übrigens: auch einer Freundin mit Schuhgröße 38 gelang es nicht, den Schuh anzuziehen).
Als Reklamation wurde das nicht anerkannt, die Modelle fielen halt unterschiedlich aus - das ist eine Frechheit! Und die Rücksendung kostet nun auch 13 €.
Mein Fazit: Finger weg von diesem Shop!

Pessima esperienza di acquisto sullo shop online. Compro un prodotto disponibile e il giorno dopo ricevo una notifica di Paypal per il rimborso dell’acquisto, non capisco perché mi abbiano rimborsato e chiamo decine di volte ma nessun operatore è mai disponile. Scrivo una mail e il giorno dopo mi rispondono che il prodotto non era disponibile, senza nemmeno avvisare il cliente. Pratica commerciale e comunicativa PESSIMA. Non farò più acquisti, anche perché non mi sembrano scarpe economiche.

Le 25 mars, j'ai commandé et payé des chaussures chez Scholl. Aujourd'hui, c'est le 7 avril. et personne ne sait où sont mes chaussures ?! Apparemment, UPS a le Coli. UPS indique que le colis est chez Cronopost. Mais Cronopost n’a pas non plus le Coli. Apparemment, les chaussures étaient du 31 mars. livré à mon domicile. J'étais à la maison, mais aucune chaussure n'est arrivée. Le service client est également terrible. Je voulais un formulaire de réclamation. Également un numéro de téléphone. Aucune de ces deux choses ne s’est produite. Il n’y a aucun intérêt à aider le client. Je ne peux que qualifier cette entreprise de criminelle.

Voilà des mois que je demande le remboursement d’une paire de mules que je n’ai jamais reçues. Pourtant le service client se permet de m’assurer que ma demande est bien prise en compte à travers des messages automatiques et des messages signés Marzia b.puis Beatrice. Rien ne se passe et je ne suis toujours pas remboursée. Cette entreprise n’est pas fiable, se moque de ses clients, c’est une véritable arnaque. A éviter absolument.

I wish I have read the reviews before ordering here. I feel scammed. I ordered shoes paid 77euro. Size is too big not subjectively. They are 38. I wear Scholl shoes sandals and they are 37. Same with any other brand always 37. The one I ordered I can fit a thumb behind my heel and it fits easily. So it’s not me changing mind. It’s a wrong sizing. So from 77euro they offer me 55euro refund because all of a sudden I have to pay some ridiculous amount for shipping. This is not how the online purchases and free returns scould work. I’m the one to be blamed I have already promised myself after fail delivery of other purchase from Scholl that never again and I did any way. This time I hope I can stop others from making same mistake.

Slechtste firma waar ik ooit al besteld heb. Je kan niet retour sturen, ik bestelde twee paar schoenen , 1 paar is veel te groot, ze beantwoorden mijn mail met een ongelooflijk gebrekkig retourcontract , je moet op eigen kosten terug sturen en nieuwe bestelling plaatsen , want ze betalen niet terug, ik vraag expliciet een retourticket, ze antwoorden niet meer, ik diende klacht in bij Klarna.

Ho dato 1 perché non si possono affidare i propri prodotti a degli incompetenti che si chiamano Ups.
Comunque, visto che il mio pacco sta facendo il giro d'Italia e che il pagamento è anticipato, mi sarei aspettato di sentirmi dire....domani le spediamo lo stesso articolo con una spedizione con consegna il giorno successivo, invece non è possibile neppure parlare con qualcuno di umano. Ormai ci sono più solo assistenti virtuali. Vergogna!

ich kann mich für das miese Retoureverfahren leider nur anschließen. Ohne Kundenkonto ist es nicht möglich Kontakt aufzunehmen und die Retoure einzuleiten. Habe jetzt Paypal eingeschaltet und hoffe so mein Geld zurückzubekommen!

Allerschlimmster Kundenservice, auf keinen Fall dort bestellen. Retouren werden einfach nicht bearbeitet, Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. Am Telefon erreicht man nur eine Stimme vom Band, schreibt man Mails kommen diese als unzustellbar zurück und Chat via website bleibt einfach Antworten schuldig. Schuhe viel zu teuer für so einen miserablen Service. Kann nur abraten auf der Scholl Shoes Seite direkt zu bestellen, lieber bei Zwischenhändlern.

Ho acquistato una taglia che e' risultata piccola per cui ho immediatamente fatto il reso e ho riacquistato la taglia piu' grande.Dopo un mese ancora attendo il rimborso,risulta impossibile parlare con un servizio clienti e tramite il servizio customer care continuano a scrivere che il rimborso verra' emesso entro la settimana.Servizio pessimo e inaudito.Se non risolvo a breve contattero' un legale.Non acquistate assolutamente

Ich warte seit zwei Wochen auf Zusendung des Rücksendeformulars. Unter der Hotline wird man nicht persönlich betreut sondern wieder nur auf das Prozedere mit Anfordern eines Rücksendeformulars hingewiesen. Einmal bestellt und nie wieder. Diese Firma gehört verboten!!!!!

Vraie escroquerie !!! Commande passée le 11 décembre et à chaque mail de réclamation uniquement une réponse automatique !!! Le suivi du colis indique qu'il est coincé en région lyonnaise depuis le 16 décembre.
