Empresa muy profesional. Tuve un problema con uno de sus productos pero finalmente se pusieron en contacto y me dieron una solución muy gratificante. Me enviaron un nuevo modelo y me reembolsaron el anterior sin tener que devolverlo. Muchas ganas de verlos y poder usarlos pues sus diseños son muy elegantes. Gracias

J'ai récemment acheté les gants Taylor - les coutures ont sautées au bout de deux semaines.. Au prix des gants je trouve ça inadmissible.

Edit : J'ai effectivement reçu un email de la part de Schwart & Von Halen et j'ai donc augmenté ma note de 2 étoiles à 4 étoiles. La solution proposée par le SAV était au delà de ce que j'espérais.

Les problèmes ont été réglés à ma satisfaction !

Leider sind die Handschuhe nach etwas über einem Jahr total ausgeleiert und das Innenfutter löst sich auf. Leider geplante Obsoleszenz in Perfektion. Kann nur vom Kauf abraten

Ich habe Handschuhe für meinen Mann bestellt. Die Qualität ist herausragend. Die Handschuhe sind optisch schön, halten warm und haben Touchfunktion. Die Lieferung erfolgte zügig und die Ware war gut und umweltfreundlich verpackt. Ich kann diesen Shop guten Gewissens empfehlen.

I received my gloves as a Christmas gift. The quality and softness are wonderful. Often gloves may not feel fashionable or stylish but these are very attractive. They are so warm and I love my gift!

Nowadays, when buying online, i am always afraid to purchase something on the fake website.
Therefore straight after ordering i have contacted Jaap Schwartz to ensure that the order has been passed through and the delivery will arrive before Christmas (only 3 days left). I had the response in less than 4 hours with friendly confirmation and the parcel arrived as promised just on time to make my mum happy :) the gloves are of a very good quality, perfectly sized (i took size L). I will order some more for the rest of the family shortly with less pressure on timelines. Higly recommended for friendly service and the product quality!

I recently bought the Lily (black) - Sheepskin leather gloves with warm fleece lining & touchscreen feature and my wife loved them. The process was made easy to get online and the different views provided and descriptions of the product allowed me to get the right ones the first time. They were a hit!

These days I've been trying to dress a little more nicely and so I thought it was time to finally get some good looking gloves that would go with what I'm usually wearing.

I was looking around for some nice vegan leather gloves, and these popped up as one of the few, high quality options. Vegan leather tends to be of varying quality, but in my testing (walking around with the crisp NYC air coming at me - about 28-20F) I can confirm they feel good on both the outside and the inside with what feels like reasonable quality leather on the outside, and a warm and soft material on the inside.

The index finger and thumb being touch sensitive (usable on a smartphone) is nice in a pinch, but these gloves are really too bulky to effectively use my index finger. I can paw around with my thumb to sort of use my phone, but generally not much more than that. It is handy in a pinch.

I did notice there was a loose thread on thread on the thumb of my right glove. A quick snip and it was gone, but I would not have expected this from $80 gloves. Not worth dropping a star though. I also wish there was the little deer sigil on the left hand too like there is on the right hand especially as a lefty, but it's fine.

All in all, a good purchase. I would consider getting these for my partner who also will not buy leather products.

Les gants sont d’excellente qualité. La fonction tactile pour le téléphone est un véritable atout. Le cuir est souple et les finitions parfaites. J'adore! En revanche, la taille 7½ est beaucoup trop grande, alors que c’est celle que je porte habituellement pour les gants. Heureusement, le retour est simple à faire, ce qui me permet de commander une taille inférieure sans souci.

Top, les produits sont de réel qualité et la livraison ultra rapide. Un super cadeau de Noël très chic

Great gloves really comfy keep your hands warm in all weathers even on the coldest of days. material is fantastic and feels really good quality which justifies the price as they'll most likely be the last gloves you ever buy. Great gloves for the price would highly recommend to anyone who works out in cold condition or lives in a cold country.

Très jolies gants, chauds et confortables

Snelle levering en ontzettend mooie handschoenen voor mijn vriendin gevonden! Het was het eerste paar maar zeker niet de laatste. Ze zitten heerlijk zei ze en zelf vind ik ze ook echt netjes en sjiek staan erg blij mee.

Ik heb hier een paar handschoenen voor mijn man besteld en hij is er erg blij mee! Hij heeft ze voor Kerst gekregen en draagt ze sindsdien elke dag.
