Bought the wok because of the lifetime guarantee. My frying pan is fine but my wok has lost its nonstick coating after only a few months. Hardly a lifetime!

After about 6 months it became always-stick. The quality is nowhere near the standard of Tefal pans, which don't last long either. We know how to look after pans, our Ninja ones are going strong.

Contacted Scoville re. the lifetime guarantee, but they fobbed us of to Asda where it was purchased.

I reported a defective frying pan and had a replacement sent to me with 10 days (including delivery time).

Prompt polite service.

Had a saute pan for just under two months and it started sticking considering it's 5 x stronger than any other NON stick pans I have contacted Scoville to be told the heat was too high I was cooking eggs at the time and heat was on low so now I have a pan that's under two months old that I can't use what a total rip off
I did a camera shot of under the pan as Scoville said it was burnt through high heat now this is what my search found for under the pan
The under pan looks like normal use (not what Scoville said)
They have said I will get a replacement im still waiting ten days later.. True to their word I have received a replacement thank you 😊

We’ve bought a few pans from this brand now. It’s true the pans don’t stick, however it only takes a few months for the bottoms to fall off, rendering them useless on induction hobs. Complete waste of money.

The micro wave was working fine for about 18 months when it developed a serious fault with the timer knob, instead of counting down (going anticlockwise) the timer knob was going clockwise, adding time on to the cooking process.
The first we were aware of it was when our smoke alarm was going off and the kitchen and house was full of smoke. When I complained to Asda they weren't interested i tried to explain that it was a serious safety issue but because I had lost the receipt they weren't bothered.

These are by far the best roasting pans I have ever owned. They are solid, the perfect size, thick enough to retain heat after removal from the oven, and shaped so that they can be easily and safely gripped from the front when hot. The non-stick cooking surface is excellent and performs exactly as promised.

I did experience a small issue with the exterior coating on the trays I originally purchased. However, Scoville’s customer service handled it quickly and effectively, replacing both trays without fuss.

Overall, excellent pans backed by a company that stands by its products. Highly recommended.

I wrote to scoville not as a complaint just as a suggestion over some of their products having a common property to them, they graciously offered to replace my items and promptly did so with our me asking them to. They have wonderful cookware and even more wonderful service. I am and will stay a dedicated customer now and into the distant future.

Horrible and non existent customer service that requires chasing. Poor quality product that barely last a few months - 9 to be exact!

I had an issue with a frying pan I purchased, and the customer service team at Imperial GB were fantastic. They responded quickly, guided me through the guarantee process clearly, and were very professional and polite throughout.

It’s rare to find a company that takes customer satisfaction so seriously, but they really went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I’m very happy with the way everything was handled and will definitely buy from them again.

Highly recommend both the products and the excellent customer service.

Communication not the best but their products are second to none! Absolutely nothing sticks and I think cooking times are quicker too!

Great when you buy them, but EVERY item we have bought (and thats many) delaminate within a short period.

The guarantee literally isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

Firstly, you have to register (seriously, who picks up one of these on ASDA etc for around a tenner and registers it ).

Then YOU HAVE TO KEEP THAT GRUBBY PIECE OF TILL ROLL FOR EVER!

As someone who has to submit business receipts, till roll lasts about 3 months if kept alone, and prestine.

As soon as that ink fades.. (which is GUARANTEED), your warranty is literally 'toast'!!

Oh, and stating hand washing protects them...on an item that states it is 'dishwasher safe', is like buying a boat that can't be used near water 🙄

I STRONGLY suggest looking at the number of 5* reviews...so many mention failing products,that are being used as expected, but need replacing.

Seriously, why buy something that is going to quickly need replacing if washed.🤦
