Straightforward… good value

Straightforward enquiry/quotation/acceptance process, immediate access to policy documents and a good price.
Reassuring to see the Aviva logo on the policy too - one less thing to worry about on my self build project!

Good price,. Good service

ProAktive quoted promptly at a price lower than competitors with as good or better cover. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and explained the cover offered in plain terms. My self build project is a timber framed, timber clad house,difficult for some other companies but ProAktive took a much more practical and modern view.

Dealt with Ellie - Super Service!
Quote was provided within 30 mins of sending in the Proposal Form and once I provided the 'on cover' instructions, docs were released within 45 mins.
