The staff was not at locations
The staff was not at locations. When I finally got someone on the phone at a location I was told I have to have insurance, even after I stated I have rental insurance at my apartment. I was told I had to buy a lock from them when I have my own. I then tried another number and got 2 different information about the lock and the insurance.

The man the at the front desk that…
The man the at the front desk that helped me was super helpful and nice. I already had an idea what I was looking for. He took me and showed me the different sizes of the storage units so I can make sure I made the right choice for what I needed. I told him I never give reviews, but I would do one for him because it was a smooth process.

Overall, it was easy to secure the unit.
Reserving the unit online was very convenient. Accessing the unit was also very convenient. The staff was very pleasant. The only issue I had was that there were a lot of spider webs in the unit and it needed to be swept out.

Run from this place
Reservation portal kept giving me errors. Call the number provided for help and only get Taylor who is an AI assistant. When I ask for customer service I get transferred to a number that no one answers. When I was able to finally get help I was sent my rental info. When I went to the facility my gate code wouldn’t work.

Go somewhere that has friendlier worker
The lady I spoke with was beyond rude. We are seasonal residents who were looking to store our small toy hauler trailer and before I even had a opportunity to say that she cut me off and said "well your in FL now so go to the DMV".. clearly more to how this conversation went but her tone and mannerisms were disgusting and she could have cared less what I had to say. Hung up and easily took our business else where. Rude, rude and rude

this was so easy
this was so easy - took less than 10 minutes online to get a storage unit, then got a code via email to get in the building, map inside the building showed me where to go, lock was waiting, unloaded items and locked the unit and left. literally could not be easier.
