Senator Windows レビュー

I was delighted to deal with Senator Windows, for the following reasons.
1 ) Senator Window’s Quotation was prompt, competitive and very detailed.
2 ) Their Representative was at all times available, courteous and helpful when I had questions about the design and price, even after the quotation was accepted by me.
3 ) The gave a lead time for installation and then gave a date for installation and The Doors and Windows were fitted within the timeframe and on the date given.
4 ) Senator’s installation crew arrived early in the morning, told me what they were going to do, fitted everything expertly. And most importantly to me they cleaned up everything when they were finished.
Finally I would like to add, that I would be delighted to recommend Senator Windows
to anyone and I would happy to have people visit my home to see the great job they did for me.

Incredible company to deal with from initial consult to design to fitting. Everyday the place was left spotless! Top class finish on the job. Great installers, lovely sales guy Ray - dealt with senator Santry

Recently had all our windows and front door replaced, and our porch replaced to black with a sliding front door. From the initial inquiry to installation, Senator Windows were excellent. Lovely, helpful staff (who very kindly worked around the Leaving Cert timetable!) and the fitters arrived on time and got stuck in straight away. So happy with the quality and finish of the work and will definitely recommend Senator Windows going forward.

Excellent, helpful, professional, friendly and top quality service and goods from Senator doors and windows! We are delighted!

Still no response! Avoid this company at all costs. Take your money , promise excellence and then ignore you when you have a warranty issue???? 15 years warranty but they take that to get back to you. Disappointed after spending so much money with these guys

I had the salesman round, he measured up and said he would have a quote sent by email in a couple of days.
A week later nothing! I called them to make sure they had the correct spelling of my email address and they said they would be sure to let the salesman know and get me a price, that was 3/4 weeks ago. It’s not in my spam folder so it’s just clearly not been sent out!
Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t care but this company was recommended to me!

Found everyone very helpful and professional

We had the pleasure of dealing with Peter in Senator Windows, Galway for 2 projects. Firstly we changed two windows to fixed view windows. Peter was so helpful and friendly to deal with. He travelled quite a distance from Galway to our rural location to measure the opening and make sure the frame colour matched the existing windows. The windows arrived and were installed ahead of schedule. We were not on site but the fitters carried out a perfect installation and plaster finish, leaving our home clean and neat. When our door needed replacement we had no hesitation in returning to Senator in Galway and once again they delivered an excellent and stress free service. Peter is an absolute gentleman to deal with and delivers an excellent customer experience.

Got windows and door installed just before covid with 15 year guarantee. Lock on front door has broken 3 times . I am waiting almost 3 months to get it fixed. Told part arriving from Wexford. Last time it broken it took a number of months to get fixed. After sales service is very poor

Karl and James fitted French Doors for me today. From start to finish my experience with Senator Windows was first rate. From the professional sales team to Karl and James who were friendly, punctual, professional and tidy. I’m thrilled and would highly recommend. Well done all.

Obviously changing windows and doors is a big deal ie WRT both cost and potential disruption. We opted for Senator both from the quality of their product (their showroom is well worth a visit BTW) but also from our interaction with the sales support staff. The installation was fast, clean and painless and the crew were just great, Would not hesitate to recommend Senator if you are planning on getting your windows replaced

Top class work all round .
Impressive showroom in Santry. Rep made some great suggestions during the consultation process. Fitting was neat and tidy:

Extremely poor service. Delays after delay, unbelievably poor installation, multiple issues reported, incorrect windows installed, windows left unsealed, damaged windows and walls. Installers were extremely messy and dangerous with glass and debris left all over the property. Avoid.

After a lot of research I recently purchased high performance windows & doors from Senator Windows. I would highly recommend them, very professional service from start to finish.

Shocking attitudes. Extremely poor workmanship. No attention to detail. Had to send people out four times to fix and replace incorrect design in windows, incorrect glass in windows, incorrect door design, incorrectly fitted door. Left stuff we asked for off the original order docket after charging us for it and then had to refund it, changed the design of a door because the sales guy thought it would look better his way. Apologised for the first error then just stopped bothering. Unbelievable incompetence and charging through the nose for it. Stay well clear.

Would highly recommend Senator Windows Athlone. Their representative Jamie was very professional and gave me great advice on style choice . The fitters done a brilliant job and very tidy. Definitely top class windows.

As a builder in the south east I have used Senator Windows wexford many times over the past twenty years. I have always found the team to be helpful and competitive with the price.

Good product. Punctual service and accommodating customer needs

Excellent service from start to finish. Jamie was excellent in visits on time, called when he said he would and so supportive through the project. Deirmuid and Mikey were excellent fitters, non intrusive, friendly, and their work was perfection. They left the place perfectly plastered and great seals. I could not be happier with their work. I am delighted with my windows and doors. I would highly recommend.

More expensive than competitors but well worth it for the quality of product and customer service, Jamie was a great rep to deal with.
