I had an excellent experience with the representative named Sanapadou Sineyile from SES Water . She was incredibly professional, polite, and patient throughout our conversation. The advisor Sanapadou was excellent, she was able to do exactly what I needed and was very efficient.

Rang to make payment for a bill. Used the auto-queue system for a call back which happened quickly. Ethan was clear and dealt with my query efficiently. Altogether fine.

Website link to send meter readings is not working. I couldn't fully understand what the customer service person was saying because of his heavy accent, speaking very fast, so the call took longer than necessary because I had to ask him to repeat himself slowly several times.
