The lady was very clear and precise, very courteous and extremely helpful. I am really appreciative to get such a pleasant helpful person to guide you through. I wish all utility companies were like this-plus did not have wait more than a minute or to to be connected. Always a bonus!

SES BW initially denied that there was a business water supply to our property, notwithstanding that they had provided a business supply to the previous owners at the same property. Nice enough people but it was hard work getting them to understand some pretty simple facts.
