Jaden Alexander was extremely helpful. He managed to see that there was a problem with my account which meant i was unable to review the invoices in the portal and has exculated this to the relevant department.

Jaden from SES was amazing and very helpful on the phone to sort out my payments on the phone . By the time I finished talking to him , with the final outcome , I felt humbled to pay SES more money than my actual water bill. Times are hard now with soaring cost of living , hence some consideration from the suppliers helps us to survive and very welcome. By piling on debt collectors fees etc. it does not help. So Thank you Jaden from SES.

the worst company!!!after opening an…
the worst company!!!after opening an account in my name by mistake and chasing me for bills when i was not even an occupier at all (it took them 6 months to resolve this)and after putting into this loads f time effort frustration and even money for admin costs they offered me no compensation at all not even a reimbursement of costs incurred or apology compensation
stay clear there are far better companies out there
