I had a very prompt response to my enquiry and was impressed by the speed of dispatch of my Rotary iron. Having now had opportunity to use it, it makes ironing large linen sheets & tablecloths easy - a superb piece of kit. The only slight disappointment was that the operating instructions had to be bought separately - why not include this in the product price?

The price for a machine service was good value. The service took several weeks to complete but the foot pedal needed a replacement part which was specially made. Communication could have been better (I did attempt looking online) as I didn’t know what was happening. I was advised all other work had been completed and when the machine arrived home I was disappointed to find one of the repairs was unable to be completed due to lack of spares. My expectations were not well managed. But at the end of the day it is an old machine.
Once I accepted that and spoke to the workshop about a problem with bobbin winding which was resolved I was pleased that I had taken the time to send the machine in.

Best price I could find for mats for my Brother Scan and Cut machine, and blades too. Great service - kept up to date when my ordered had been shipped and when it would arrive. Thanks so much! Will definitely be back!

Update: I received a reply from the manager on Sunday and already got the postage refund! The Company does care.

I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order for a two-piece set and paid £15 for Saturday delivery as I urgently needed it for a project. Only one part was delivered, leaving me unable to complete my 15-20 colour change embroidery project as planned.

The missing part is the more essential one, and repeatedly fitting and refitting the single part is time-consuming and inefficient. The order clearly stated it was a two-piece set, so I don’t understand why it was sent incomplete when someone ticked items in red pen on the delivery note? If this was known earlier, why didn’t anyone contact me so I could try to source the missing part locally?

I called the company on Friday afternoon to double-check everything before placing my order, so this feels like a letdown. Their note about reporting shortages within 24 hours is concerning—it feels like a regular thing and way to shift responsibility onto the customer when the error is clearly on their end.

This experience has been frustrating and inconvenient, and I am still waiting for the missing part to arrive. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the cost of rushed delivery. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they make significant improvements to their processes.

First time using this Company, ordered a foot pedal for my machine, details on website stated free delivery but when checking out there was a delivery charge, disappointing.

Also I have tried to create an account so I could track my order but I just keep going round in circles, after many attempts I still wasn’t able to create an account!

Helped me order the right part for my machine. The cost was very reasonable and now my sewing machine is fully operational.

I purchased a Jaguar machine which was delivered promptly. Initially I was happy but after I had a few issues with the way it was nesting and bending needles it became
clear it would be no use for what I needed.

After I spoke to customer service manager a couple of times the issue was resolved with the machine being picked up complete with all freebies, after inspection I received a full refund.

I am very happy with sewing machine sales company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Also I would highly recommend them.

well..... i have never experienced such a weird/bizarre payment method !!! Unbelievable! Initial Order process was fine but after sales admin is seriously flawed !
