After my package was returned and destroyed, I was informed that no reshipment or refund was possible.
Now, after leaving this review, the company contacted me offering to resend the item only if I delete my review and pay an additional $30 shipping fee.
Conditioning a solution on removing an honest review and asking for more money after the package was destroyed is unacceptable and feels like coercion.
I paid in full, never received the product, and this situation should have been resolved with a refund â not pressure to silence customer feedback.
I am sharing this so other customers can be aware and make informed decisions. This company want me to delete the review, and want me to pay 30 dollar to send package back, after they say it was destroyed they basically stealing money from customer,

Please do not order anything from Shapshe, they are a Scam. I placed an order and inputted my address correctly but the address printed on the shipping label was incorrect, confirmed by USPS. This caused my item to be sent back to their facility.
I emailed their customer service requesting a refund since their return policy on their website states they have a 30 day return policy for unused items. They first suggested I try to pickup the item from USPS even though itâs now back in California. I replied Iâm from another state, I cannot pick it up. They replied back:
The package will be destroyed upon return, therefore we cannot offer you a refund or arrange for redelivery. We are willing to give you 20% discount for your next order as a compensation.Â

Do NOT buy from this company! My experience was terrible and they are not worth your hard-earned money.
I ordered a 2XL pair of pants for my wife, who typically wears a US size XL. The garment received was clearly sized incorrectlyâit was closer to a US Medium. Their sizing chart is completely inaccurate and misleading.
When I contacted customer service to arrange a return, they repeatedly refused to provide a proper resolution. Instead of accepting the return for a refund, they kept offering a meager 10% discount on a "next purchase." This felt like a push to make me waste more money on their faulty products.
Finally, they provided the return address, but with a major catch: they warned that I would be responsible for the high cost of international shipping to China and would also be liable for an "import tax." This made a fair refund impossible to obtain.
This company is shady, their product sizing is false, and their return policy is designed to discourage customers from getting their money back. Stay away!

Die gröÃen weichen stark vom erwartbaren ab, die Verarbeitung ist grauenhaft. I ordered two faux leather skirts (USP53028) from the company that were described as PU Leather, but when I received them the packaging said polyester, spandex and cotton material. The worst part is they did not have any lining in them, period. I am conversing with a customer service agent trying to get the return information (China). Even though their return policy states that I will not be responsible for return shipping cost if there are issues with their garments, currently they are only offering me a 15% credit. Very disappointed experience
My experience with Shapshe was honestly terrible. I bought two items and both were completely the wrong size. When I contacted customer service, instead of helping me, they basically told me I was out of luck. Their exact message was that itâs âimpossibleâ to return the merchandise because they are in China, so I have to keep the products even though they donât fit my body.
This is unacceptable. If a company sells internationally, they should have a real return or exchange policy, not just take your money and leave you stuck with items you canât use. It feels like a scam. The quality didnât match the price, the sizing was off, and the customer service was dismissive and unprofessional.
