Achtung bei Rücksendung. Der Shop gibt auf der Homepage keine Rücksendeadresse an. Auf Anfrage teilt er mit dass Ware nach China zu schicken ist… also sinnlos.. zuerst denkt man dass das Unternehmen deutsch ist da Firmensitz DL und Retouren nach DL möglich sind. Glauben ist aber nicht wissen wie sich herausstellt… also lieber das Kleingedruckte lesen… werde nicht mehr bestellen mit diesen hohen Kosten und der unklaren Informationen betreffend Rücksendeadresse… sehr irreführend und mühsam diese Verkaufstaktik mit den Retouren…

Finger weg von einer Bestellung bei Shapshe! Für mich eine betrügerische Firma. Am liebsten würde ich gerichtlich vorgehen. Vielleicht gibt es eine Sammelklage, dieser würde ich mich gerne anschließen!
Ware kommt aus China (ist bei Bestellung nicht bekannt) und ist sehr schlecht verarbeitet. Rücksendung nach China (obwohl auf dem Packet eine deutsche Adresse steht) auf eigene Kosten inkl. Zoll. Angebot 15% Rückerstattung beim Behalten der Ware. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Die Ware kann ja nicht getragen werden. so schlecht! Unbedingt Rezensionen über unbekannte Firmen lesen, sonst eine bittere Enttäuschung und Geldverlust!

They give you false tracking than they turn around and you never get your package you can’t even call they not located in the USA they want refund you your money or send a replacement they are not a trusted site I never got nothing from them than they stop emailing me they pick late nights to send messages because they not in the USA and they use what’s app send messages but they stop responding beware of that site! I wouldn’t recommend than site didn’t say it was from China I thought from NY but beware I had removed my tracking number from their message this site don’t allow us show but you see their message

Ok, I will be honest. The product I ordered was claimed as postoperative bra. I had breast reduction and lift surgery, so I needed very sturdy, firm supportive and compressive garment, Instead I got thin, flimsy and completely not what I needed. I even did not try it on, because it's not what I expected. When I reached costumer service, they said I cannot return it and offered me 30% off on the next purchase, which I will not make. So, I basically threw my 40 dollars in an air. I tried to complain about them to the government site which tracks those fraudulent companies, but due to government shut down, they are not available. It seems like people who made those bras don't have a clue what it supposed to be, then why are you claiming as postop? They are targeting American people stating that the return is very easy, when in fact it's impossible. Is it enough to convince you that it's a fraud? Just stay away from them. Use solid reputable, yes expensive, but real companies, like Marena if you need postop garment.

don't buy anything from them . i bought 3 dresses , small size didn't fit i need med , they told me i cant not return them to keep the dresses and they will give me 20% to rebuy the dresses , when i spend 150.00 on 3 dresses . that there policy , i read there policy don't say anything about no refund .

Unable to return a bra to them that was too big. The price of item was $50. They said their warehouse is in China and that I would be responsible for paying customs fees which would not be cost effective for me. I did not know that Shapshe was a Chinese company. Suggest that all customers read their return policy, which says that bras and underwear cannot be returned.

Ich würde dort nie wieder kaufen und kann auch nur jedem sehr davon abraten! Die Waren kommen aus China, sind sehr schlecht verarbeitete, riechen extrem chemisch und die gelieferten größen weichen etwa 3 größen von der Tabelle auf deren website ab. Ich hatte versucht alles zurückschicken aber ohne Erfolg. Ich wurde ewig hingehalten und habe nur nach wochenlangem mühsamen hin und her eine Rücksendeadresse in China bekommen mit dem Hinweis dass hohe Kosten entstehen würden durch Versand Zoll und Steuern l, die ich natürlich alle selbst tragen müsse. Außerdem würde es sehr lange dauern bis ich das Geld bekomme wurde mir vom Kundendienst mitgeteilt. Ich hatte meine Erfahrungen schon einmal auf trustpilot geschildert, daraufhin bekam ich von shapeshe das Angebot einer 80% Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises, wenn ich meine Bewertung lösche. Das hatte ich gemacht aber nie Geld zurück bekommen oder wieder etwas vom Kundenservice gehört.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My items never reached me.And they said they didn't have the full address, which they did. So now I'm out money because all they did to compensate me is offer me a twenty percent discount on a new order. I don't want a new order. I wanted my original items at the original cost that I already paid. Very disappointing!!!

Ich habe einen beschädigten Artikel bekommen und seitdem nur mit KI zu tun.
Firmensitz in China und keine Ansprechpartner.
Bloss nicht bestellen!!!

Ich schließe mich meinen Vorgängern an. Ich habe eine Hose bestellt, diese passt so halbwegs, aber nicht perfekt. Wollte sie zurücksenden und ebenfalls habe ich zeitnah eine Mail erhalten und auch mir wurde mit Zollgebühren „gedroht“. Lager ist in China und logischerweise sind die Versandkosten dafür viel zu hoch.. mir wurden 10% Rabatt auf meine Bestellung angeboten. Mal sehen wie es weitergeht, aber das war das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich da bestellt habe. Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen.

Eigentlich den einen Stern kann man sich auch sparen. Die Ware kam zwar an. Aber die Größen sind auch gleich aber unterscheiden sich leider beim Tragen. Eins von 4 Stück kann ich behalten aber dann kommt der hacken . Die 3 soll ich selber nach China zurück schicken und würde mir mitgeteilt dass eventuell beim Zoll bleibt oder Steuer zahlen. Und wäre nicht besser es zu behalten und dafür Prozente für die nächste Bestellung!!! Also ehrlich gesagt Finger weg von solche Betrüger. Schade

These are great shaping shorts overall with excellent control. I just wish the waistband were a tiny bit wider for more comfort.
