They are so useless I been waiting with my package for 8 months pay 20k tell now never delivered it, they are so unprofessional useless 😭your sorry it’s not enough you destroyed my life, now I am sick homeless I lost everything!!!recently you email me again asking for 4k so you can deliver my package 📦?could email heartless you could be 💔😭

My experience with Shiprocket has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

There are multiple serious issues I’ve faced:

Unjustified and hidden charges are being applied without any transparency
RTO (Return to Origin) funds are not being refunded, even after repeated follow-ups
Custom duties are being deducted from customers unfairly, with no proper upfront communication or clearance process
Lack of clear billing structure, making it very difficult to track actual costs

The support system is equally problematic:

The support team is highly unresponsive and fails to resolve issues
Account managers like Alisha, Arun, and Vikas have been unhelpful and dismissive, providing no concrete solutions and repeatedly delaying responses

Overall, this platform has caused financial losses, operational stress, and a complete lack of trust. Instead of supporting sellers, the system feels unreliable and poorly managed.

I would strongly advise other sellers to review all charges carefully and consider alternative logistics partners before using Shiprocket.

Absolutely worst experience with Shiprocket. My shipment (#5762629123, AWB: SRSP8704076152) has been stuck at the destination hub since 10 April with no delivery and no proper update.

Customer support is completely useless — they only send copy-paste replies saying “escalated” but take no real action.

there is zero accountability. This kind of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

If you value your time and money, avoid Shiprocket at all costs.

They are fraud specially Gurgaon hub--Delhivery courier. Stole my 2 shipments worth 40k in 15 days and only explanation they have is "short shipment" "not received at hub" "was lost in some mid hub in transit"..
Shiprocket is money making shark, engulfing low to medium segments logistics company , not caring about low turnover clients..their main focus is on big business at expense of low range seller like us...

I wouldn’t give this company even a single star if I had the option, but the system requires at least one to post a review. Their behavior has been extremely irresponsible and negligent. They lost my personal belongings and provided very unsatisfactory, vague responses instead of taking accountability. Very disappointing experience.

I would rate them below zero. This is the worst logistics firm you can associate with. Please do not use their services as they do not deliver the shipments, they dont pick it up ontime, they misplace the products and sometimes they dont even deliver. They also charge way beyond the regular market prices.Everyday is a bad experience with them.

Very poor service from Shiprocket courier. My order (FL1193744544) has not been delivered for the last 3 days. The delivery agent is refusing to deliver the package to my doorstep and is instead asking me to come and pick it up from their location. This is completely unacceptable and defeats the purpose of home delivery. Highly unprofessional behavior and disappointing experience. Would not recommend this courier service at all.

Shiprocket doing scam with seller. It is such a fraud logistic. We shipped order in DTDC 15 Feb. after pickup there is no tracking in site. we raised so many complaints but no solution given by shiprocket. after that DTDC mark shipment RTO Delivered. GOOD!!!! Parcel received hi nahi hua aur RTO Delivered mark kr diye. 5-6 bar compaint raise krne k bad bolte hai ki..courior person ne delay kr diya aur RTO Delivered ka proof manga to shiprocket pass koi ans hi nahi tha. do not use shiprcket. it is just doing scam aur k seller k pese khate hai . we mentioned AWB : i81624312

don’t buy any products from this site totaly misseling .they show a product but get total wrong product no refund no replacement and we try to return option they will paasing fraud sites the site should be haked your phone . Don’t buy any products from this site

This unreliable company reaches out and sends messages without following through. They continuously bombard us with their automated systems, pretending to be a high-tech operation. While you might find their booking process straightforward, ultimately, what you need is for your product to be delivered to your customer. That is the essential function you require, and it simply won't happen. No matter how advanced the platform seems or how much they charge you, they will misappropriate your money for returned items. They do not communicate with the customer, claiming the customer was unavailable at the address, and then inundate the customer with irrelevant messages. In the end, your product is returned, forcing you to refund your customer. Additionally, your business's credibility suffers. Partnering with this deceptive delivery service has a negative impact on your product and reflects poorly on the quality you provide. Please exercise caution.

The are the worst . Shipments are stolen and we get stones instead. And customer support is the least helpful. Please don't use Shiprocket unless you wish to get your shipment stolen.
Technically the company is handling in glove with their vendors in stealing shipments

This is the worst ever shipment provider, My order was first of all had no update from last 1 month, and the order number was saying on their website as not found (although message was from them), Finally delivery person called and refuse to come to location and since I was not able to go there he just took it back, now there is no option to complain also, and they are taking delivery charges for this service

Very worst experience.No proper customer support.Just to change a mail id they are taking about a week but never changed.Don't go with this.

Bad service not recommended at all delivery very delay late night also no one call to receiver and cancel the docket 2nd day waiting for parcel still not receive the same only need to wait very bad experience not happy also there is no contact details provided so u have to wait only.

Very bad service.. staffs are talking bad words to customers,especially to womens. I got experience in Tatanagar area staff.

This courier came twice by DTDC.
Heard that some Auto parts.
I have not ordered any.
If I reject the consignment, I receive many calls who ask for OTP.

Cheating fellows. Neither they supply the items nor returning the money. Inspite of repeated Emails send & was useless. Pl do not order any items in this skiprocket .

Chor company hai sab parcel kha jate hai client ko parcel delivery nhi karte hai aur apne portal par parcel ko delivery show karwa dete hai inse batter company hai Shipglobal aur Delhivery.
Aur inke account manager ko baat karne ki tameez nhi hai

Service in Kakinada is not at all good.
They return the parcel saying customer is not willing to accept the order.
