I had the most amazing experience at this salon! I came in for a laser treatment and a facial, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. A huge, special thank you to Mandeep, who did both of my treatments. She is absolutely amazing at her work! She made me feel so comfortable and ensured everything was perfect. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!

Awful experience with this clinic.
Promised clear skin, ended up with damaged skin barrier and confirmed (by qualified dermatologist) skin scarring. Clinic deny refund or any compensation. I have now requested my personal records multiple times and they are making it very difficult for me to access them. Their messages are now neither polite or understanding.

Their previous reviews must be from friends and family as the service I have received has been awful and very damaging to my mental wellbeing.

I had a laser treatment today at Shumailas Salon in Chingford Mount E4, and I had such a good experience. Tehmeen Shoukat was great throughout the session, very patient, attentive, and constantly checking to make sure I was not in pain. She carefully adjusted the speed in more sensitive areas to minimise any pain, which I really appreciated.
I was also running short on time because I needed to pick up my daughter from school nearby, and the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to pick her up and let her sit in the reception area while I returned to finish the treatment.
The service was professional, caring, and excellent value for money. I highly recommend this salon and especially for anyone considering laser removal treatment!
