AVOID!!!!! Made an appointment at 12.30 for a wedding up do, I turned up to the appointment 5 min early only to be told the hair stylist is busy with another customer until 2 PM.

This was appalling!!!! Thankfully after running around for an hour an half I found someone else to do it, and it came out better than SIA would have done.

This place can not be trusted, don’t get near them!!!

BRENT CROSS - The best place to get your eyebrows done I wouldn’t go anywhere else Ashwini is amazing!!

I tried to get my eyebrows threaded at Sia Beauty Croydon, on - the - go, as part of a Saturday shopping trip. Prior to this I checked the web thoroughly for opening and closing times. The closing time for Sia Beauty Croydon was stated at 7pm that day. Once I arrived there were two therapists sitting in the booth. Before I had the chance to speak, I was told rudely that they were closed. I disregarded the impoliteness and I said I accepted this, only to change the opening times on the web to reflect what they said. One girl spoke to me in an extremely patronising manner stating that if the mall closed at 6pm how could they be open at 7pm. I repeated myself because informing a business of misinformation on the web is actually a good thing. The girl again argumentatively told me the same thing. She was extremely rude and patronising, I left feeling very insulted.

I just left and am livid! I asked for my eyebrows to be thread. She did one beautifully and then over threaded and cut/trimmed a huge chunk out of the other eyebrow. My eyebrows look ridiculous and I now have the holiday season to look forward to looking like an idiot. The whole thing took no more than four minutes.

They “tried” to wax eyebrows- a simply regular procedure! However... she applied the wax down to the eyelid and up to the top of the forehead. When I commented... she said it’s ok. Well it’s NOT! She pulled off some skin and I’m walking round with red puffy eyes and raw red flesh on my my face! Why is such a woman working in a salon?!?!?!

I have been going to Sia in Fulham broadway for a few years now for eyebrow threading. Usually I am very happy with the results, but today turned out quite differently. I always ask for as little threading as possible as I like to keep my eyebrows thick and long, but she made my right eyebrow so short and it is now not even with the left one. When I asked what happened, she said "sometimes they grow shorter" as if it was like that before? I now have one normal eyebrow and one that cuts off at my eye which will take months to grow back. I'll never be back which is very disappointing considering all the years I've been going.

I made an appointment for 13/7/19 to get a lash lift and tint done at the Brent Cross Branch. I had a patch test done and was told my appointment has been made. I was looking forward to my appointment especially because i had not had it done before and it was my birthday as well. On the day, i go in to my 11am appointment to be told they have a client at that time and that i was not booked in on that day i booked for but instead they booked me in for the following Saturday which is pointless to me as i booked for 13/7/19 and wanted them done for my Birthday. I was so surprised because when i booked it, the women told me they had plenty of spaces.

I am appalled by the customer service as they was unapologetic, rude and quite frankly did not seem to care by the mistake they made, they more or less just shrugged it off as i'm standing there. i was at least expecting an apology for wasting my time on my birthday, i will not be wasting my time there again. Very poor. They ruined my morning and i am still annoyed at the fact of not receiving an apology.
