2nd Defender purchase
2nd Defender purchase. Swansea and Chey in particular have been faultless with customer service. Came to Swansea because the model was not available elsewhere due phase out of the JLR V8. Will be using Sinclair Swansea for all future business based purely on this purchase despite the 200 mile journey from my home.

Amazing service from Adam Jackson. Could not fault any aspect of my experience. Returning to the brand from a long absence I was torn between two models and as it was such an expensive purchase I was agonising over my decision. Ultimately, Adam gave me a superb service, patient and courteous and helped me in my decision making process. The whole experience was seamless from first point of contact by telephone to vehicle delivery and the follow up contact. Customer service was phenomenal and Lewis went out of his way to ensure that I had all the required information at my fingertips. Sinclair JLR Swansea above and beyond!
I've used many JLR dealers in the past and my experience at Sinclair JLR Swansea to be head and shoulders above the rest, it's only when you have an issue do you really find out how that dealer and it's staff deal with that situation and this is why I think they are the best, Lewis & Amy went above and beyond to ensure I was treated as a priority, I found this really reassuring and a breath of fresh air as I had been let down in the past by other JLR dealers.
This is how all JLR dealers should look after their customers.
