Great sales service from Ffion Gowling
Great sales service from Ffion Gowling, who offered to come in on her day off to enable me to test drive the car. This wasn’t necessary in the end, but Ffion did come in on her Christmas break to complete some admin associated with the sale. Also, a big thank you to the chap who delivered my car and took my car back to Swansea.

Amazing experience at Audi Swansea
Took out my first pcp option on a new Audi Q2. Had amazing service at Audi, all options explained clearly, Sam took time to work out my best options. Had lovely coffee and biscuits while we went through everything and I had the car five days later. Blown away by the car, I love it! Thank you

This is my 3rd Audi from this dealership and I would not go anywhere else. They make you feel so looked after. From the receptionist Tanya offering you coffee to the salesman Chris arranging my car. Nothing is too much trouble.

Just perfect
My experience at Swansea Audi was perfect. I went there to purchase a used Q3 but left with a brand new Audi Q5 . The sales executive Saun Coleman could not have been more helpful. He always called me back as promised very impressive. On the day I collected my new car he took all the time I needed to understand the operation of the vehicle.
I am delighted thank you Swansea Audi.
