Great service, good quality and fast delivery

I think people are not inclined to leave positive reviews as much as they like to leave negative ones and I think this company deserves 5 stars, so I'm posting this wherever I can.

Very professional website, so you don't have to send emails or call and wait for a response - you just submit the artwork and place an order, and the guys on the other side get back to you with a PDF preview for proofing and then dispatch the order for printing.

Very quick turnaround in my case - I had a pretty substantial order for several thousand different labels and they delivered within less than 3 days.

Will be back to print some more.

Ordered on 23 December and no one got back to me. Ordered again on 7 Jan, got a one sentence reply that they will get back which of course they didn't even after 3 weeks, because they can't be bothered with my miniscule order. Take your business elsewhere if you aren't printing in the thousands.

I placed an order for stickers on 11 December 2019, received a proof on the same day an hour and half later which I confirmed within 2hours, and received the stickers on 13 December 2019.

I'm incredibly impressed with the processing time and product. Ordering interface was easy to use and the contact person was extremely responsive. Would recommend and use this service again.

Good quality print, combined with an online interface that was easy to understand and use. Package arrived in very good condition.

Absolutely horrible product and customer service. It's been more than 3 weeks since I placed my order with express delivery and it has not arrived. Apparently this is due to a printing error on their end and they have told me to deal with it and doubled my deliver timeline, causing me to be careless for important events. Customer service was unhelpful at all, I would strongly advise against ordering with Singaprint if you are looking for a reliable printing service.

Dishonest about their offer to give you $21 off if you write a review. They offer you $10 off right away if you promise to write a review, and another $21 after you actually write it. I wrote a review on their site after receiving the product, but never got the promised discount.

Now SIX MONTHS after I first contacted them asking about it, they say that it's for Google/Trustpilot reviews, not a review on their website. However that isn't clear at all from the site, plus even their own clueless employees aren't aware of this at all! For six months I was told that "someone would check on it", "sorry your email went to our spam folder", or "please write a testimonial, not review" complete with link to their WEBSITE to write a testimonial.

Their product is ok (not great but acceptable considering the price) but the way they handled a simple query of "Hi, I was wondering about the $21 off since I haven't received it despite writing a review" is absolutely ridiculous and should make anyone hesitate about dealing with them. They apparently don't even know their own policy about the discount, or try to confuse you by giving you contradictory information. And apparently it's not even a real discount but a coupon for FUTURE purchases! Imagine how they'll handle a real problem if they can't even be honest and deal with a simple issue of fulfilling an offer they extended. All this does is leave a sour taste in my mouth, and to tell everyone I know to stay away from this dishonest place. Luckily all I ordered were stickers for internal use; imagine if they screwed up the marketing decals for some huge event. If they cannot be honest with small things, it's impossible to trust them for anything significant.

Singa printing pls don't act blur, we are talking about Your Office Address. We went to Your Place 51 Changi Business Park Central 2 # 04-05 Singapore 486066 and discover, that Your Office is fake. Why bluff people you're Office is there? Want me call police catch you?

How could u not know different between Salmon Pink n Magenta? They r obviously not same. Ok nevermind, I want exchange. In order to receive a replacement print I must return 100% of the received products within 7 days (at my own expense) from the time when the delivery was received. I spend travel expense to personally help my cousin to go to the address on their website to give them the stickers to ask them to exchange and they r not there at all. THE ADDRESS IS FAKE. My cousin check the parcel relaise is frm north korea. We must sent back to north korea in 7 days. Fedex send back most expensive den the sticker lolll. Trustpilot admin pls go here and catch them red handed, they r using fake address. I ordered 1000pc stickers on 13th Aug and enquired from them if I could have the stickers by 17th as I have an urgent even coming up, to which they told me deadline was too tight(as all other companies have told me too), and it couldn’t be done.. But the package came on 15th! Super amazing speed of printing AND delivery. Quality of stickers is good too! Will definitely recommend to others and return if I need anything else from you guys!

This company is a scam! Sent my specs for my print in every single email but after full payment is done via Paypal, they require a top-up of $200. Firmly said "No" and company is supposed to refund, which I have also made a dispute on Paypal for Buyer's protection. Called several times within the 2.5 weeks and I was not given any answer. The person who followed up of different names, Jen and Chen, are of the same person when I spoke to them on the phone (the voice is definitely the same!). Singaprint insisted that I have to cancel my dispute first, before they can refund, which Paypal has advised not to as once the dispute is cancelled, buyer will not be protected by the Buyer's protection. Officer from Paypal then escalated the case and I got my money back via Paypal.

You just get what you have paid. What I love about their service is they have friendly and accommodating customer service rep & speedy delivery.

Great price & quality of stickers. Couldn't think of finding another supplier because with Singaprinting I experience the best. And I believe they are worth it for a recommendation.
