If you are considering to buy any Skullcandy products and you live in Canada, don't EVER repeat the mistake I did, which was buy them directly from their website, it's worth it buying it from Amazon, or in-person stores such as Walmart or BestBuy.
Ordered the "Crusher ANC 2" on Thursday 10, and I was supposed to get them Monday 14, and the carrier was Canada Post, but this carrier company said that they couldn't find my address, yesterday, Thursday 17, I got the message of "Return to Sender", and today, Friday 18, they were shipped back to the Sender, so I had to call to Skullcandy, in which they gave me the option to either get my headphones to my address (which will take 2 weeks and I will probably have an extended delay on top of the 2 weeks or I will have the same issue), or get the full refund.
They also said that I wasn't the only one who got the same issue with Canada Post.
How are you going to trust this company if they ship their products to Canada with the worst carrier company? They don't have another trustworthy companies where the customers can choose from.
Take note that I'm not against ANY of Skullcandy's products, I loved every Skullcandy's I owned, I'm against the carrier they used.

Problems setting up an account to order.
Charged extra for shipping "insurance" I didn't want. And a super lame hook to get me to use Shop just to track the progress.
Then shipping was very slow. A few days after order, it was "shipped", which just means a label was created. Then nothing shipped for days after that. Right now I am sitting at 6 days out and the product hasn't left their warehouse.

I got on the website for a sale they were having and found something I needed. Didnât really want to spend that much but, with the promo codeâŠ. Well, the promo code didnât work. So I asked about it letting them know I was upset because I thought I was going to get a deal on something I wanted and needed. I wound up buying them on accident just to see if the promo code would work and couldnât cancel it. I was thinking oâwell when I got an email saying they would make sure I got my discount if I wanted to purchase them. I didnât think they would reply seeing how I hadnât bought anything yet just voicing my concern. They sure surprised me. Thank you Skullcandy!!!

Terrible customer service!
They messed up the address on my order which meant I wouldn't get the headphones in time, to give it as a birthday gift. The rep, Rhyan B, was not helpful at all.
They just gave me a code that wouldn't work with any sales and would not work with the code that I already had. They also chose not to mention that when offering me the code and waited for me to ask what the limitations of the code were, which seems extremely sleazy. That would mean I'd to pay way more if I was to get any use out of it. The rep was also very frank about it costing me more and didn't not care if it did.
Don't get me wrong, I'm ok with not getting a discount code, I just wanted the headphones to get to me on time. But for the inconvenience this has caused they would not even expedite ship it.
I'll never buy from them again.
UPDATE: I reached out to customer service like they asked and, weeks later, I have still not received a reply. Their customer service replies here are just for show which is pretty scummy, in my opinion.

My recent experience has been all around great. I ordered the new Crusher PLYR 720 that is multi-platform, and once received, I noticed i had actually received the Xbox ones. They worked like how I wanted them too and I even liked the color, so it was no big issue at all, but Skullcandy insisted to fix this error, which for me is a massive credit for them. They shipped me the correct ones and during that time the Xbox ones grew on me, so I asked them how could go about acquiring them correctly. They replied with stating they figured out how I was shipped the incorrect ones originally and due to the issue, I could keep the Xbox ones as well. I've never had a company wanting to fix their error so passionately while also being very communicative. I will be buying all my headsets/earbuds from Skullcandy from now on.

I bought my crusher evos back in 2023 from the source with the 3 year extended warranty. After they broke later that year, I contacted a source representative and didn't have the easiest time with them. After leaving them broken for the better part of 2 years, I thought I should get them fixed. However The Source has turned into Best Buy Express and they couldn't proccess anything relating to the source. Frustrated I sent them to skullcandy to get them fixed. Even though they where past their warranty. They still had about 6 months of the sources extended warranty. They still accepted them and gave me a discount code to get new ones. Was so happy it actually worked.

I had a problem with my brand new headphones, one week in. I just wanted to talk or chat with a real person, but Skullcandy does not make it easy. HOWEVER, their warranty is fantastic! I expected they would repair my clearly defective headphones, but their warranty REPLACES them--you get a credit to buy new ones in the store! The person who helped me was Raffy S., and they were wonderful. I got them two days in a row. Once I returned the faulty ones, they immediately ordered my new ones, so I was able to get the special edition ones I originally ordered. I hope the product holds up better this time, but I am extremely happy with their warranty and customer service.

They informed me to send it back for a full warranty, however, since it was purchased with public school funds shipping back was not an option.
No problem said Skullcandy - they send me a voucher code that not only covered the item but also covered tax AND shipping.
I am so impressed with their service, I will be making any future audio purchases through them first. In this era, this kind of customer service is what we need more of.

I was gifted a pair of push and play active ear buds from my Aunty and then she passed. I didn't even open the box till months after. I tried to use them and one bud didn't work no matter what I did.
