have fantastic experience getting to switch to using Sky as our go to broadband and the staff Louise was absolutely amazing helping set everything up for us and helping guide us through the whole process

I was really struggling to sort my contract out over the phone as the call centre just kept trying to sell me products and weren’t listening, it was also quite hard to understand them unfortunately. However the sky team at Cheltenham, specifically Sue, were Fantastic, they explained everything and couldn’t have made it any easier-really appreciate it, thank you.

Louise was very helpful, and steered us to better deals, and gave us lots of good advice.
