Great service

We very recently entered contracts for new phones. The guy we spoke to was polite, friendly and professional. He went over and above to help us. Would give 6 stars if an option.

First time user with Sky

First time user with Sky. I bought a package 2 months ago and the sales agent advised that Sky will put up the price in April. He advised to contact customer services and they would cancel the increase. As advised Sky put up my package in April. I contacted customer services as advised. The agent advised he could not honour this request. I asked to escalate this issue to a complaint. I have not had any feedback and feel that I have been miss sold as a way of getting a sale. .

If you were told that a future price increase could be cancelled by contacting customer services, it’s understandable that you’d expect this to be honoured. We appreciate how disappointing it must have been to be advised otherwise when the price change took effect.
This isn’t the level of service or clarity we aim to provide, and we’re also sorry to hear that you haven’t yet received feedback after asking for your concern to be escalated. That’s something we’d very much like to look into properly.
