Fantastic service from Terry this morning.
Easy process to walk through the options available and explained everything really clearly.

I was looking for a new phone when i stopped by sky desk and got approached by Terry who was very kind and professional. I found what I needed thanks to Terry.

Terry was a pleasure to be dealt with to get out a new phone contract. Very informative and funny to talk to. It was a pleasure to be dealt with by him.

Terry has provided us with amazing service. We had recently left sky to go to EE and immediately had an awful experience.

He is an outstanding Sky Employee and highly recommend

Very helpful and customer service from Lee. Getting my dad the preorder if the new iPhone 18.

Visited Sky retail store at Hempstead Valley in Gillingham Kent today as needed to switch from Virgin Media. Massive thanks to Ian who was so incredibly helpful, he went well above and beyond giving us information about everything we needed to know and more to help with our unfortunate issues and he set us up with a great Sky package. Sky should reward him ! Thanks Ian, it was a pleasure to have met you.

Terry was very patient and gave us lots of options, and we left with a package we were happy with. Thanks Terry!

Great help, great communication from Terry, got us all set up, easy process

Nice to speak in person to Terry. He explained the options clearly and understood my needs

Terry was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable

Terry was very helpful and polite and ran through everything with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He wasn't pushy which some sales people are.

Only downside was sitting in direct sunlight while getting it all sorted. Need to move the stand or put some covers up to block. It's quite uncomfortable.

Terry was very helpful and friendly. Everything was very clear and signed up quickly

I spoke with Terry this morning about my new Sky package - he was incredibly helpful, approachable and knowledgeable - would highly recommend him!
